why I am clearing Ash: Ash was one of the most driving forces behind the TSP wagon and was basically hardpushing him from the start of the game, TSP also seemed legitimately bothered by his push on him in a way that scum aren't usually bothered by their teammates' pushes on him and spent a fair amount of time trying to discredit it. Without Ash TSP ?probably? wouldn't have even been a major wagon on D1.

do I think this is still valid: yes, I do. while obviously bussing is a known phenomenon that exists, I doubt that Ash (who as I understand it is relatively less experienced)? would immediately hard-bus a more experienced partner. additionally, TSP's spew is a good look for him -- TSP spends the most time trying to discredit TSP's scumread on him out of any of the people that had been pushing him.

They crossed the border as the sun was rising. Weary but focused, the snuck into the small farming community of Veterynarne. There weren't many vehicles to choose from, but they also didn't need many in order to make the journey to Kiev.

"Alright, there's eleven of us," Chelsea said, so we need to find three decent sized cars to spread us around."

"Why not a truck?" Sidney asked.

"I think truck will be more conspicuous. Plus it will probably require more fill-ups along the way."

"Good thinking," Sidney said. "But I think we'll have to steal at least one other set of cars along the way unless we find a kind soul to fill up the tanks for us."

"Over here," Chelsea pointed. "There are a few cars by this building." She looked back at the rest of the travelers, but something was wrong.

"Sidney," she said. "Where's Polina?"

"Well damn," he said. "I haven't done a head count since you snuffed out Oleg. Is she lagging behind in the fields?"

The strained their eyes to the horizon for any sign of Polina making her way toward them. The rising sun was unforgiving in its assault.

"We don't have time," Chelsea said. "We need to go."

"Right," Sidney agreed. "At least now we can all squeeze into two cars."

In their hearts, they hoped that Polina was just tired, trailing behind them, and would somehow find a way to freedom on her own. In their minds, she was dead somewhere back along their route.

Their minds were right.

The hotwired two cars and set off on yet another leg of their journey. They had escaped from Russia, but they weren't out of trouble yet.

why I am clearing 112: I thought the thing where she came into the thread and immediately started calling the most consensus villagers wolves was a good look, I didn't think a wolf was likely to do that. Also, I thought the ways in which Tony hedged on her were most likely to indicate a wolf partner TMIing her V, rather than a W/W interaction.

do I think this is still valid: ...probably not, like, these are reasons that exist but I'm not sure they're strong enough to have 112 as lock V on D4 still

idk GTH 112 is still a villager but I'm less confident in that

However if Hally got a double dose of the virus, lynching now gives us a second lynch, while sleeping throws that chance away.

Like, there’s an 80% chance it makes no difference to the total number of lynches, but we’re probably deciding between 112 and Wilgy whether we do it today or tomorrow, so taking the shot at a bonus lynch seems worth it to me.

There’s also a chance a third power role (such as the hypothesised second doctor) does something to change the math. I think lynching today is probably the best option in most worlds.

TKing increases the odds a scum dies (Hally plus TK or Hally plus TK plus second poison), but it also increases the odds we just lose.

Like if we sleep we don’t end the game (probably), but we still are in a situation where we have only one more lynch before the game potentially ends. It’s just a question of spending that lynch tomorrow, or spending it now and getting a chance of an extra one.
