Also, FYI I started reading Vilette before I left London, but left the book there

Good to see you in these parts!Black Rock wrote:Hello, I'm Black Rock. Some of you may know me as Black Rock. I started my journey of the mafia world... hmm... 6 years this coming August or September. Right after I married my zany husband Long Con, some of you may know him as Long Con. I have played on such sites as Lostpedia, The Piano, and Revolution Mafia. I have hosted such games as Buffy Mafia, Recruitment 1, 2, and 3, Ender's Game, and The Island (Lost). I live in Ontario, Canada on a farm where I raise horses, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pheasants, peacocks, donkeys... and have pets such as dogs, cats, and goats. I also run my own catering company which has now expanded to include a food truck. I have three beautiful darling children (when they are sleeping) ages 15, 5, and 20 months. My schedule is jam packed so my nights are when I mafia.
That is me. I know many of you. Many of you are new names that I have not met.

It's their wool. It makes crazy itchy, watery eyes, and sneezy. Lambs are so cute though.

I had an El Salvadoran beer recently. "Suprema." It tasted like Mexican beer. I also had what is apparently "the national drink of El Salvador" called Tic-Tac. I think it would be good for removing paint.unfurl wrote:Thank you thellama, I dont mind you askingthellama73 wrote:

You should see a doctor.Canucklehead wrote: > I am Canadian, but don't live there presently. This causes my heart to bleed maple syrup every morning at sunrise.
So you are "working" to be a doctor who can't help with maple-syrup heart malfunctions. I see.Canucklehead wrote: > I am a professional dancer/choreographer, but am currently on an artist hiatus while I work on my PhD in 16th and 17th century English literature at a big ol' University who inexplicably pays me money to sit around and read poems. Both these career paths are evidence that I am a very practical person who likes to spend great gobs of my life pursuing super practical real world things that are going to make me very very rich and allow me to buy a McMansion in the suburbs and a designer dog.
I have a whole JAR of pickles you can have for a fraction of your McMansion.Canucklehead wrote:> I like pickles
People are more interested in their local hockey teams.Canucklehead wrote:> I currently live in a bizarro land called "the American South" where no one likes hockey and they make you pay to go to the doctor and dill pickle chips have only recently become a thing. Whaaaaaaaaa?? Where the hell am I?

That makes sense, really, since the good news involves bacon.Canucklehead wrote:> I am a non-evangelical vegan
You'll probably win then. A lot of people here sign up but don't "play mafia."Canucklehead wrote:> I don't really remember how to play mafia.

I am a recent adopter of vegetarianism, and yeah, I get snubbed by vegans too. But I know me, and I know going full throttle in one step is a recipe for failure for me. So I spent a few months tapering off, and plan on ovo/lacto for a while~ I have started phasing out dairy. I have a local farm for eggs, and I have not ate processed foods in a few years, so will get there eventually.Hedgeowl wrote:Welcome, I think I want to be friends with you Canuck! You like pickles and are vegan. (Although I did get snubbed by vegans in line at Chipotle when I said I was vegetarian.) Have you had fried pickles yet? They seem to be popping up here in the South more and more.
