I don't disagree with this, but I think it is a two-way street. "I am town and if you wrongly scumread me, it is your fault and not mine" is also not good. Mafia is a team effort, and reads are the responsibility of both people (the reader and the readee).

Everyone's reasons for scumreading me are bad. It would be pro-town if people started accepting that they can't read me and listen to the people who can. Nanook and Alison have the biggest accuracy in reading me considering the amount of games they have played with me (a lot). Listen to them instead of being wrong and misyeeting me (a town) game after game after game after game, please. Although the same people didn't necessarily misyeet me previously, from my experience this will be my 4th town game in a row where I get a tremendous amount of scumreads for absurd reasons despite me being obvious town.

I don't think the responsibility lies solely on everyone else here. I'm trying to read you, and I'm town. I'm still unsure. And I have never been wrong on you before, and in those other games you were obvious town to me almost from the get go.

The responsibility on getting correct reads falls on the reader not on the readee. As long as the readee is trying their best, you cannot expect them to do miracles. It's their job to make good reads. If other people fail at reading the readee they have failed in their job.

I've gotten bad vibes from a lot of Guillotine's posts, but this one really caught my eye:

I feel quite well about LC.
LC seems to care and be curious, and I don't think he displays this as well as scum.
I'm pretty ok with Sean and also Tutu, despite popular belief.
Sean also seems to be honestly looking for scum. I find nothing wrong with his posts.
Tutu's impatience is mostly what reads town on her. Kind of refusing to be questioned, is more of a town attitude. Also Nanook said she was town.

I also have been ok with Nanook, mostly because I feel like he wants to town clear people and wants people to be town. Could be buddying, I guess. But I feel he's more interested in finding problems than solutions as scum and vice versa.

Nobody else really feels like I have enough to town read them. Guillo doesn't feel very forthcoming, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's town, I'll say that much.

Kind of too few town reads. But this is where I'm at. No real scum reads.

She knows that we are not scum together, so she isn't basing her read on me off the same thing the rest of the thread is (her and me being potential scummates), but I haven't seen any other reason why she went from town--->not town on me, and that I think is a bit suspicious.

From an outsider pov it probably doesn't look as towny as it looks to me, considering my past interactions with Seanzie, and reading this post of his through my own eyes. It's just really towny for Seanzie, considering what I know of him. I cannot answer with any more detail unless I write an essay about Seanzie to share with you everything I perceive about him, and the cons of putting the effort in that outweigh the potential pros.

There is no logical sense to continue tunneling the read that two people roleplaying The Office at the start of day 0 is w/w indicative. Sure, it could be w/w, but Epi, if you are town, you are simply tunneling it because you don't want to be wrong, and you want to feel good that you were right about it. So you are confirmation biasing everything else to continue convincing yourself that me and Seanzie are w/w because you want your brain to reward you with the dopamine of "i caught two wolves so easily and so fast, gottem".

I'm not sold on town!Tutuu, but I'm going to trust Nanook and Tutuu for today. Guillotine does not look good to me though, so this seems like a good place for my vote.

Can you expand a bit more on Guillo? So far the only things I've been able to conclude about Guillo is about his playstyle, which seems more paranoid and closed, so the exact opposite of my own lol
