i havent caught up with the thread yet, but i just wanna note that i'm starting to come around to a michelle!town world. it's not a read i would say with any level of confidence, but i thought the way she engaged long con a couple of pages ago was distinctly towny/inquisitive in a way that i didn't pick up on in the rest of her posts. it made me feel like i jumped the gun on reading her

i'm cranky about @Long Con. i've seen plenty of petty town people go down like this, because they derive maximum satisfaction from [what they think will be] the mass drama to follow. LC has made enough of a habit of this kind of silly shit in recent memory though that i don't think it would be wise to call him town for it

so i don't share nutella's faith, for example, but nor am i about to say he's not bottom-tier poe

Personally I don't think he's been very scummy but some people I am townreading who know him very well are sure that he is. I'm actually not sure his reaction was incredulous ENOUGH given the circumstances. Like he got snarky but if I'm town with 7 votes on d1 after posting fuck all I would be a sight more snarkier. I also think Ellie is scummier than him and have grown weary that we're looking at Alison's scumgame and they're both voting him.

imo they're the most likely scum. I think it' s possible Alison is scum and I think if she is it's VERY likely with Spf. I think LC is town because he put effort into giving reads that sounded real when he was the consensus lynch, rather than anti-spew, and because his vt claim isn't what I'd expect in his position as mafia, among other things

i think that's the only world that works for a mafia alison since she revved the town coring engines. unless the consensus is double-dumb and Alison is teamed with a top town read, then she would be town coring herself to survive the aftermath of her teammates getting wasted.

Relevant to you for Ellie at least, she’s very likely not teamed with Michelle who is in your POE afaik, i don’t think LC is very partnery with her, so that should be enough to buy her a day I’d say

I don’t really have a great argument for doom beyond that it feels like she has strong martin vibes where people often want to SR them when they’re being serious cause they can come across as a bit stilted to those of us more used to the casual syndicate conversational style posting.
