Yes. When I say I like it, I mean that it is a good look for nutella and that it is something I can follow to a tangible reason to suspect nanook. Not that I think it is a rock solid case.

This is approximately why I was gonna let the Nutella post pass. It is (IMO) badly flawed, but w!Nutella try harding to push Nanook seems unlikely also. But here's the thing...I saw it flawed, you saw it flawed...how does Sloonei arrive at liking it?

One answer is that a wolf loves it when a strong town cases another strong town poorly.

Another is that for some reason t!Sloonei really read it differently than we did.

Too early to tell which and far too much work to invest because I see no chance of a mostly unknown who just happened to win a couple times on the Syndicate pushing the champ day one, but I will be watching this moving forward.

There were a lot of cliques and mean people, also the moderation was absurdly strict on some things like not allowing any discussion of non-MBTI personality theories and permabanning 2 people because they said MBTI wasn't scientific.

I am ISOing Michelle and I note one stark difference between this game and her scum game in Champs: she feels much looser here. The thing I remember about her in that game was that she was very sensitive to suspicion, to the point of OMGUSing just about everyone who suspected her. Granted, she has not been the subject of widespread suspicion this time around, but she looks very relaxed, genial, and open so far.

This is the part I do not understand. I remember the exchange between nutella and nanook (the hipster mustache post made me laugh). It was clearly and obviously meant as playful banter. If we are choosing between nanook "buttering up" nutella versus initiating conflict, I'm going with the former ten times out of ten.

Neither of these things needs to be the case. I don't really read it as much more than off-topic chatter about fruit. I liked nutella's observation that nanook was engaging there out of a sense of relief to have something to talk about, and I feel that has at least a trace of merit to it. I think that can be a thing that happens to wolves who are struggling to integrate themselves into the game. I don't think that has to mean that a wolf nanook would have had to have any particular strategy or scheme when he made those posts.

I know someone from MU who played a 3p scum faction exactly the way she would play town, like putting lots of thought in solving and townreading/scumreading exactly the same people she would as town with the exception of her teammates. However, if I randed 3p (which I still never have) I imagine I would strategically tweak my reads to improve my appearance and further my team's agenda. Do we think most scum members would solve just like they would as town except for their teammates or strategically change their reads from what they actually believe?
