It could be that Made cc'd her to draw the real doctor who wasn't claiming. Michelle claimed to draw the cc. Made no sold it initially. The cc never came so Made double downed on it to try to bait the real claim/get cred.

Alternative theory, the Cosmic Spiderman is a fake claim, Made knows that so he is trying to figure out how/why G-Man flipped as Cosmic. 3p shenanigans. I dunno.
