Spinach is a maybe, but there was a stretch of my life where every couple weeks was "dynamite bird" which was chopped roast turkey served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a side veg like corn, or peas and carrots...and the smart diner just piled everything together and stirred it up and ate...one of my favorites at the time.
