I'm not going to do Rej's scum game the discourtesy of just saying "we'll sort by post count and be done with it". I'm comparing him to SI on a bunch of metrics, including depth of engagement with the game, general discomfort, attempts to blend in, and the way he tries to deflect pressure off himself by using emojis and a sheepish tone. Those things fit.TonyStarkPrime wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 9:14 pm if rej actually just came in and made one or two posts and dipped i agree with alison's assessment/comparison to SI

Re: Fallout 2: A Post-Nuclear Mafia Game [Day 2]
There are a lot of good players this game and all of them were very wrong on D1. The gamestate is suggestive of a deepwolf biding their time through D1 and gently guiding town towards bad exes. Viewing the game holistically, Epignosis checks all the boxes for that role. He was cleared for reasons which, although seeming good at the time, on reflection appear to be rather flimsy. He generated some content early D1, but dropped off sharply, especially after he attained a consensus townread. He silently pushed narratives that weren't really questioned, and made a show of interrogating players, but we aren't privy to what conclusions he arrived at or why. Nobody has shown interest in pushing him or raising tinfoil or suspicion on him, despite tinfoil or suspicion being raised on damn near everyone else.falcon45ca wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 9:14 pmI've raised issue with Epi's slanking. The bad news is that Urist and nanook are the same person, and scumreading nanook for not explaining his reads in-depth is silly. Also, scumreading SPF for getting annoyed when people aren't listening to her or acknowledging her viewpoint is silly.
The good news is that I don't see either of those concerns as looking like a wolf cooking up a reason to kill a townie, and I don't think Urist/Sloonei are in the same team, nor do I think DOOM and SPF are in the same team. So DOOM and Sloonei get points from me.
This evidence is suggestive that Epignosis is a deepwolf working with a team to cover up for him as he slips UTR and gets acknowledged as a consensus townread without people questioning why. Therefore I suspect him.

ChopChop will never help a mafia team reach parity because he will never survive to the point where parity is being counted. We know that if he's scum he doesn't have exciting abilities. @NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME
I want to remind you that Alison suggested that if they were in my position they would have fake claimed flavourless VT which is the absolute dumbest thing a town can do.
Scum probably have fake claims and as scum I could have just switched to that instead of hard claiming.

But more importantly, I am still unclear on why you chose the strategy that you did. Why did you want to target a null read to "get more info on them"? Why not targeting a town read to help clear yourself? Why did you fish for daisy's role? Why relay your reads to her so that she could act as your mouthpiece? And why Daisy out of all the "null reads" in the game?

Like it makes more sense to pick a different fake claim then stick with one that’d make me look sus.
Now if your like Alison that would fake claim in my position, then that’s a horrible approach considering I’m just super scummy later on because my flavourless VT claim would make zero sense

Sorta using it like an alignment cop.
I asked Daisy to post what I did to see how they go about it and conclude with it.
Like scum may go about the relay reads different then a Townie would.
I didn’t entirely “fish” what I was doing is kinda using that part as a “Jailor/Prince” type role where I get their role and no one else. So when they can trust me enough they would semi-claim role. Then when I trust them 100% I would mention Slash somewhere in my next post.
Re: Fallout 2: A Post-Nuclear Mafia Game [Day 2]
I mean can’t really say why exactly Daisy rather then, would like more from Daisy so I’ll choose her.
