seanzie's point's about alison possibly lucking into a correct scumread on the people she's connected him to due to her read on him, seems inconsistent with the idea that seanzie also suspects alison

My point about luck is just that if Alison happens to be town and is actually scumreading any true scum, she is lucking into those reads. She is trying to claim I have TMI by saying she is batting 0, but while I don't know if her BK read or Ratrug read are true, if they are, they are "lucky reads" and so shouldn't count as townpoints for Alison. Thus, from my perspective, Alison gets 0 townpoints regardless of BK or Ratrugs alignment, and so is batting 0.

A little bit, but not a lot. She was one of the first people to start suspecting me, and I thought her reasons were valid enough given early game, but I remember waffling for a bit about her over something. Later on, she was looking very towny trying to consolidate things, but her 4-person PoE seems... easy. Not scum-indicative persay, but two lurkers, BK and Falcon isn't exactly the hardest PoE to put together for scum. I like that she is pushing for votes, and while I'm not happy about her voting me for non-conformity, my vote on her is more calling her bluff and partially in jest than anything else right now (that may change, but I did kind of hint that my vote isn't locked there).

Can someone else please press her about her FingerSplint read and the other things I've tried to press her about that she has dodged? She is just uncooperative with me. I am pretty convinced that this is because she is a wolf, but it would really help if someone else could press her about this to find out.

@Alison if you don't care about talking to people who you are 1v1ing, then you are playing with a suboptimal strategy.

I am trying to figure out if Alison is town in the off-chance I am wrong, or win the 1v1 is I am right so that we don't waste a misyeet. This is the optimal strategy. If Alison is town, she is going out of her way to make that harder than it needs to be, and is game-throwing.

She is trying to shade me for actually trying to play here.

How experienced is Fingersplint?

I’ve played quite a lot, but just recently came off a five year break. Having only played G-mans “no mafia” small game, I’m still quite a bit rusty. I’m having difficulties forming solid reads because a. It’s day 1 b. I don’t have history with most of the players to base how they are behaving this game. I’ve played on the past with LC and Kyle, then that one no mafia game with Alison (she replaced in) and nanook (lynched day 1).

I haven’t posted a ton, since it’s still early and a big bulk of the conversation happens overnight for me. I’m in the UK with a toddler and pregnant, so I need my sleep at regular hours. So I wouldn’t expect me to start posting a ton during those hours. I’m available during the day for any questions though
I also find things like “post count” kind of subjective when you think about. Sure there is a literal counter, but quite a few of you have engaged in tons of fluff off topic posts, so that counter is skewed by irrelevance.

I’ll try to formulate some ideas on these current debates, but I’m still getting into the game for reasons a and b listed above so I’m not too sure where I stand as of right now.

I personally think some of his actions are quite scummy but a select few of his arguments seems to ring genuinely dumb and poorly thought-out to me at a glance either due to confbias or otherwise as a result of being town. In the event of any fantasy thunder-dome though I would likely almost always vote Seanzie here and even if he flipped green I don't think that would be damning for Alison, and would require closer analysis. If he flipped red though, I would give say a 85% chance that Alison is town bc while its not impossible to hard-push teammates on D1 its generally not the first push of D1 imo and experience, much less a 1st post being an almost bare-bones vote.
