Well, I just looked at those posts of Snowie's during Night 1 again, and I'm still not sure I see it. It just seems like regular Snow Dog to me. I really don't think he'd be posting that way if he had BTSC, but maybe you're right. It's hard to say because this is his first mafia game, but I know his posting style from PA and it seems nothing irregular to me. Additionally, I do know that judging newbies in Avant-Garde 2 for "weird" behavior is what ended up screwing the civvies out of their chances to win, so I'm leaning towards it being just Anna having no idea what she was doing -- especially since she was obviously not paying attention to the game after her first post.

That being said, it is something to consider, ESPECIALLY if he or indiglo is found to be bad first, then the other very well might be on the same team. But why put yourself out like that and draw attention as it obviously did? Being as though baddie teams both have 6 people, I'm not sure I see it as a newbie idea that just 2 people came up with and decided to go with, you know?

I'm starting to wonder about that with Rox and Kate too. Why connect yourself like that; is it really worth the risk? What if baddies just as easily leeched onto votes for LT or myself as well? That being said, I'm very interested to see what Kate has to say with regards to her alleged connection with Rox.

I think I need to re-read He-Man too. It could have been perhaps I WAS onto something. Dammit. I hate when it seems something is so certain and then it gets thrown for a loop.

I mean, it was good in this case. You're still alive (assuming you are a civvie or a civvie-oriented indie, that is good... otherwise, it still could be worse) and we have another Snake Mountain member gone.

I guess this all explains why Timmer was lynched (well, voted for) unanimously. This means that Merman didn't have anything to do with that then, as LT implied. Weird...

I need to re-read more, for sure. But I need to go to bed more because I still have more studying to do and my test date is approaching, so I might not be as incredibly crazy active as I have been through Wednesday afternoon. I'll see what I can do though.

I agree that looking into these two is a good idea, I also remember being pinged slightly by Vompatti but I need to re-read to get a feel for why, I want to say it was a weird vote earlier but I'm not sure. Speaking of, does anyone have all the votes still?

As far as Timmer, I was thinking he was Modulok but as Modulok attempted the night kill I really don't think he is anymore. Which I guess leaves one of the indie roles or something else that I am overlooking.

I didn't have any night posts with AnnaDanielle. She barely posted at all and has now left the game. How can anything be going on with a player who barely played?

So does anyone have an idea why it was Roxy who got hit by the attempted lynch on timmer instead of, say, a random civvie?

And I know some people have said they want to hear more from Kate today, but she ate spider so that's not happening. While her Roxy connection is interesting, it's not enough for her to get my lynch vote today. I'm not saying all spider eaters should be given a free pass today, but I feel more comfortable giving people a chance to defend themselves if we can find a suspicious candidate
among the talkers.

You know what? I'm sick and about to have a 13 hour day at work, so I'm going to go ahead and vote for Kate. I'll tell you why:
1. I am pretty sure she is bad, and I am less sure about everyone else,. I don't want to risk killing a civvie if I can help it.
2. It's Snake Mountain's turn to kill next, so the fewer players they have on their team the better.
3. Most of the other people I suspect and might have voted for ate Furlong, and based on the description I am worried that they will be shielded from lynch attempts due to the strength they got from the panther.

Okay, this might be my only post all day, just because I still feel like I have so much studying to do before I'm really ready for this thing. I know, you guys are all probably sad about that one.

And you know what, llama, I am sick too, dammit.

I started feeling pretty terrible yesterday. It HAD to be right when I've been preparing for my exam. Thankfully, some Sudafed has been keeping me mostly normal.

While I totally understand the sentiment of your vote, llama, I would like to hear what she has to say, and unfortunately she can't talk yet. That being said, I do think she could be Roxy's teammate for sure, so I'm not against a Kate lynch.

As to who asked about Vompatti (I think it was AATB), reading him can be very difficult, as his 'normal' isn't exactly easy to define. I have a hard

in his direction as well, but I haven't been reading him as having bad intentions so far. I don't know he'd be getting my vote anytime soon. But again, I need to re-read, which I likely won't get to do until after my test is over, unfortunately.

I do; I've interacted with him on some level for a few years over at ProgArchives (same with Epignosis, DisgruntledPorcupine, Vompatti, etc.). I'm entertaining that you could be right, but I'm very much reading it as not very likely BTSC, and if they do, then they might be civvie. And if one flips SM or Horde, THEN you are probably onto something. But to use that alone as a basis for my suspicion when I haven't been reading him that way... I don't know. I can't help but shake the feeling that if he had BTSC he wouldn't be posting that way, OR, even that the way he has been posting isn't indicative at all either way. He's seemed genuine to me. For whatever that's worth.

I don't know, but I would guess maybe Timmer is Zodac and it has something to do with his secret power. That's my best guess because it seems strange. Not complaining though!

I'm interested to see what indi has to say as well, in addition to everyone else. I don't feel comfortable enough with my vote for anyone in particular to give it away yet. Even though I won't have the chance for a full re-read any time soon, maybe I'll re-read a few people in particular -- Kate, DH, He-Man, Vomps, BWT, etc.

Although DH is really scaring me still. I mean SUPER SCARY STUFF HERE.

I just started my re-read of Kate and just finished my re-read of DH. To be honest, I'm not really seeing the DH suspicion much outside of him being extremely quiet in this game. That being said, I could be totally wrong and MP could be on to something. Is there something else that has pinged anyone with him?

If you're referring to the Snow Dog vote I don't think it was that weird. It might have seemed weird because everyone(?) else voted for Timmer.

I would say 85% sure that Kate is no good. As for the Furlong theory, look at what Rob said:

I'm pretty sure Rox's death was from the lynch. Why it was delayed, however, I don't know. I've never seen these weird delayed lynches in any mafia game before.

I can't elaborate, sorry, other than he's SUPER SCARY. And super quiet. Notice how he hasn't even posted even though he's not silenced by the spider? Very scary!
