Nanook isn't fully clear in my mind. Is there a chance Nook is in the other team and has a vig shot?

I guess there is always a chance but it feels really unlikely to me. There has been a lot of kills each night, I feel like the town would need a kill to balance it out. Also, if nanook was wolf why would he go for Dom with his extra kill and not try to get one of the confirmed town? I’ve been leaning town on nanook for a while so I trust this

Nanook could not get cred for killing a confirmed town. He can get cred for killing Dom and claiming it, even if Dom had ended up being a villager.

there could be some kind of hostile 3P that may or may not have a nightkill. but again, if there is more anti-town killpower there is ALWAYS town killpower added to balance it out. so whether it’s a wolf vig or an sk added town always has a vig and maybe even multiple to balance it out. you can’t have that much anti-town killpower and not have town killpower too. even with just two wolf nk’s a night and no additional wolf vig’s or sk’s, that’s a lot of anti-town killpower already for town to have no killpower ourselves. nook fixes that. he is our killpower and makes the setup balanced when it otherwise probably wouldn’t be. so he’s always town afaict

@Michelle i really believe it is in town’s best interest for you to out whatever information you have or else we will spend 30 hours waiting for the outed wolf to flip and do nothing. sharing your information gives us something more to work with and allows us to do some analysis or something now if it’s a red check. i think it’s just always beneficial to be open about your peek in this situation and i can’t see it harming anything

we can’t really do any analysis with dom/gav being outed because the slot was effectively zero posting and didn’t have meaningful interactions with anyone really. dom was in everyone’s poe. boring

we can do analysis with the assumption al_sama is a wolf though. BUT if we lunch gav and kansas city mafia is eliminated from the game we can infer that al_sama was also kansas city, which means that the only wolves left would be from the opposite team and doing analysis with al_sama would be a waste because al_sama wouldn’t have living teammates to catch. so we should probably wait until gav flips and see if kc mafia is eliminated
