Re: Fargo Mafia [DAY 3]
I can't tell if this is really towny or really wolfy lolLong Con wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 2:21 pmLemme give it a go here.
Long Con - livin' large
Hally - uncontested Mac partner (Is it confirmed that both partners are town?)
Michelle - is that Night 2 check coming in soon??
JPIC - tracked Nanook to Dom - how towny is this really? Bad guys track sometimes?
Nanook - Vigged Dom, definite non-KC, general consensus is town vig. Could be Gerhardt extra kill somehow?
Alison - Stable and partially-proven role, not likely to fake in multiball
Strawhenge - Lots of towny vibes, but what else makes Straw so towny in all the lists?
KZA - Trooper claim for some cred, not the worst-looking player but could still be bad.
Odd - Trooper claim for some cred, dubious on the play at times.
Esooa - Stump claim, super-roleblock seems to have happened. Could the stump claim be fake? Yes. It's a fantastic fakeclaim, really, one of the best in multiball.
Falcon - Creatively convincing claim, I'm not 100% convinced about it.
BoKnows - Not really sure about much here. Good wolf possibility?
Staypositivefriend - Loves telling us she's mafia a little too much. Had a clearing thing that seems to have vanished.
Fingersplints - Is there a reason to give up my fingersplints suspicion? Has she done something that is really towny?
Probably looking at some voting records would shuffle some players up or down a little, but maybe not with multiball? Also, the things that have happened to players at night can factor in.

Not entirely. I can see falcon using a fake claim, and he hasn't done anything recently. Seems like he's been riding his town cred for a while now.

It's got some odd things about it, for instance scum leaning me based off my claim. That don't make sense, the read on Odd doesn't add up for me either...if Odd has been playing dubious, why not doubt the claim? Same read with you. Straw read also is weird.KZA wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 2:51 pmI can't tell if this is really towny or really wolfy lolLong Con wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 2:21 pmLemme give it a go here.

We don't use fake claims on CDC. I don't think you made up that story yourself, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was provided for you as a fake that you would use it.falcon45ca wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 3:15 pmNot getting flips on several players takes a bit of the wind out of my sails.

JPIc isn’t totally clear for me yet. He volunteered his tracking info after nanook already said what he did

This role has two lives, so this team would have known one was used up. It would be a convenient fake claim to get a little townie credit.novaselinenever wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 6:02 pm@Gavial [The Kitchen Brothers] has been eliminated.

The Kitchen Brothers
[Passive] - The silent enforcers of the Kansas City Mob, the Kitchen Brothers do everything in pairs. They have two lives, they have 2 votes, and each night they may perform their actions twice. A day elimination consumes both lives, and the double-action doesn't affect the factional kills. If they lose a life, they will also lose their extra vote and actions.
[Passive] - The Kitchen Brothers will always clean after themselves and janitor their target if they perform the factional kill.
--- [Identical Twins] - If they perform the factional kill, they will not be seen visiting the target. [2-shots]
[Active] - Each night, the Kitchen Brothers may target a player and give them a beating. They will role-block them for the night. If they target the same player twice in a row, they will disable any passive they have the second night and drain their vote the following day.

I mean, we haven't seen Hally's rolecard. It's tinfoily I guess, but why not have a Mason partnership where one of them is secretly on a scum team? I think that would be awesome.

So long as JPIC keeps telling us his track results, we'll either benefit in the regular towny way, or we'll catch him lying at some point and be sure about him.

Re: Fargo Mafia [DAY 3]
It's not actually phrased as a mason. The flavor suggests that they're both town, but the flavor also suggests that all the troopers are town.
However I think Hally is town on play. And if they're wolfing it up with a good-looking roleclaim then... eh, I'm not gonna catch 'em until much later (probably after I'm dead, honestly). So not my concern right now.
There's nothing that says a fake can't surpass the real thing.

i have been mentally checked out of this game for the last ~24 hours because of our "intermission" period. i felt that it would be better to take a break from this game and come back refreshed then continue to force content that i'm not totally passionate about making. i'm looking forward to getting back into this game once the day starts, assuming that i am still alive!
any questions for me in the meantime?

It was not mentioned that Marmot’s team was eliminated and someone said we would be told. (Hally maybe?)Justplayingitcool wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 6:38 pmI can confirm thisNANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 6:37 pm I have a two shot vig i tried to shoot Dom

Wincon - Eliminate all threats to the Kansas City Mafia
'Night' 3 starts.
Day 4 starts in 24 hours.
