I didn't. I questioned you about the fact you said nothing about him until you arrived at "yeah take Made to N2."

To me the real sort of level comparison for Made is TSP. Both are very cool heads who if town will be reliable to make well thought out decisions. Both are just pretty null reads currently who have not committed to anything that is likely to either clear or condemn them any time soon. So I think either one of them is a fine fourth, and either one of them can die.

I think Daisy is good active leadership, and I think you and I are good offsets for each other. I also think that both of us need that offset for the same general reasons that I don't think letting either Alison or Mac go forward would be a good idea.

If Daisy, TSP, and Made agree that killing Mac and Alison plus you and me is a good idea I could probably back that.

Two announcements! First, an oversight jn the OP: mafia win only at parity, the "mafia win if they control the winners bracket" section was part of an earlier iteration that was meant to be discarded. I apologize for the oversight.

Second:

On d2, the winners bracket will consist of 7 players. They will send 3 to the losers bracket. On n2, the losers bracket will have 7 players. They will eliminate 3. The game will continue as normal from there, as outlined in the OP.

This worked the exact opposite of the way it should have

Alison and Mac hard wolf reading each other sort of set the terms. The good news is that I am pretty confident that one of them is right and the other is a wolf, because I don't really see both of them being wrong as likely. They know each other too well. My inclination here is to just get comprehensive reads lists from both of them, then kill them both to see which one to follow.

What to do with the other two kills is the complicated part. I don't think following Alison before flipping her is ideal, because for one thing I am town and will be useful later, and for another I have minimal faith in the associative read on Daisy who has seemed reasonably towny.

Eh we could both be wrong. I think she is mafia but if I am wrong then we obviously both are. She's tunneling me in a somewhat townie way. I just can't really get past how bad her initial reads were. Although they have somewhat improved as the game has continued.

Why is TSP town for you? My experience of TSP this game is pretty typical TSP and totally NAI. Make some posts that sound towny, which he is fully capable of doing as either alignment, then enter a dip and pop in cycle. He does his best work when he is somehow mech cleared or spewed clear, because he is very good at assessing the arguments from a secure position, but since this game will have no mech clears I think Made might prove more valuable if they are both town.

So unless you can show me a significant difference in the probability of hitting a wolf on Made rather than TSP I would lean towards keeping Made.

I want to keep you because you will keep me from taking over the thread if Alison and Mac are gone.

I have no illusions that we are gonna just pop three wolves here and win the game. I don't really think it's likely that we even have all three wolves available in the bracket. So I am dealing with it as a reality that chopping four people is going to shed town blood...fact of life.

Alison...early Mac wolf read, and Mac if town makes good early reads and knows Alison's game. I don't think Alison is adapting to the setup and that has her playing a less than optimal strategy, and I can't get my head around town Alison doing that. "Chop me, chop my wolf reads" good faith offer does not impress me.

Mac...the reversal on Alison reads to me like wolf saving his own skin. No longer seems to care about his wolf read, who if wold is a dangerous one very worthy of a one for one take out, given the four chop night. Might be just the setup getting to him, but might be too mushy to be town Mac.

I no longer see a really practical way to choose between these two, and I sure don't see killing four other players to give them a second day to get sorted out just on their reps. If this was a typical one chop phase, sure, kill do sketchy low poster and see what they do from there...but not when we have to kill four people.

Daisy has the early derp clear from Mac. Coming into thread trying to figure out how many wolves there are when as a wolf you know how many wolves there are can be faked so I'm not going to hard sell on it, but it is a thing. Seems not ruthless enough to be wolfing to me also, so that compounds. Will look very hard here if Alison flips town and Mac flips wolf, following Alison's read. The interaction she went hard against seemed NAI but definitely would need a second look in that case. Not chopping today.

Gavial is playing too hard to be a wolf IMO. They are very obviously well aware of the circumstances of the four chop and have not shown any sign of prioritizing their own survival over setting up a best town result. Yes, they talk about them living being part of the best town result, but they have openly antagonized people who are genuine threats to get them killed on multiple occasions. If that's a wolf it is a surprisingly bold wolf. Not chopping today.

The big question is why Daisy is overreacting this hard to a simple scumread (characterizing it as blind hate, telling me I want to murder everyone in the town when I only have 3 people I want to kill, etc.)

One possibility is that they are town and this is some extreme form of OMGUS. The other possibility is that they are scum and going all out to stop me because my solve is too close for comfort.

The problem I find is that Mac's approach to me and Daisy's approach to me doesn't make sense if they're scum together. So something is wrong there.

And Daisy's pleading to Mac about how he has never been brainwashed is not W/W behavior at all.

If Mac is right and me/Mac is V/V and scum are pushing the dichotomy then Tim is outed wolf because of his positioning around this issue.

If Mac is scum then Daisy is town because they aren't wolves together.

So one scum between Mac/Tim still I think.

Tim being hung up on me not having a strategy he thinks is optimal for the setup is pretty outing for him. I could see a world where it's Daisy/Tim and Daisy is really upset that Mac the townie has done the reversal.
