Well it's not really that quiet. We have Ted and Falcon yelling at least. Seanzie not being here does make it seem like Seanzie isn't a hit.

Well, Dana is talking with me in chat but not posting. TSP did leave too. And imo, ted and falcon have only been around to react to other posts, not try to make things happen.

This is like 99% of Marmot's posts after Sean becomes a contending wagon.

not sure if you were asking me but i'll explain anyway, i felt like he has been pretty actively hunting for a while, and i don't think its strange for him to have strong town reads that don't waver if he has a good reason to believe that person is town. ofc there is always going to be some doubt but if you feel good enough about someone to strongly townread and/or defend them i don't think that means you are a wolf bc you "know" they are town

My read of Dana has been pretty solid since the beginning, but that's really the only read I had early, so I'm not sure what JJJ is seeing.

I'm not seeing much.

You trust Dana. You suspect me to some vague degree. You've added suspicion of Mac. That last bit is the only change I could readily identify since the game began.

What else do you think of people?

I mean I gave a big list of townreads and you asked me a bunch of questions about them, so idk where that all went in your mind.

I've been suspicious of Marmot most of the game for reasons I can't say, but some of his more recent posts and our BTSC has looked better recently, so I am not that worried about him anymore.

I'm not sure what to think of Nook. He put in a lot of work to give a huge list of fake reads. He looked like unreadable low-effort Nook before that, and now he is unreadable high-effort Nook, which I don't like.

I also looked at your video JJJ, and talked to Marmot about you for a while, and it put some things you've been doing into perspective. I'm still definitely watching you, but I think most of my issues with you early on were mostly me not really liking authority figures, and you kind of come off as one. I'm all for teamwork, but don't really like leaders.

idk about a mac/marmot team but i did bring up the idea in btsc that there could be one mafia between them. general consensus seemed to be that they're both town but in their own ways that dont always seem to compliment each other perfectly

I think their treatment of each other has been weird, but I've been in BTSC with both of them, so that might be affecting my thoughts.

In BTSC yesterday, I talked a bit with Marmot about how I thought Mac's push on me was slimy, and he seemed to want to talk more about JJJ (not scumreading JJJ, but explaining JJJ to me), but then close to the end of the day, Marmot was just like "Mac is scum with Nook, pass it on" (paraphrased, even if in quotes, because rules and all), without really any explanation, which pinged me.

Then Mac in BTSC today I mentioned something Marmot said, and Mac responded by calling Marmot scum, but again without really any explanation or anything. I know Mac did mention this in thread a few times, but it doesn't feel like real suspicion from Mac, and it seems like Mac has been looking for any other target today.

So like, it feels more like distancing than suspicion from them. I didn't get a chance to really talk to Mac in BTSC yet though, so hopefully later we'll both be on at the same time so I can figure him out.

I think I'm close to clearing Nanook as well and blindly sheep Mac's read there. I think Mac is correct about Nook as either alignment. If Mac is a wolf, then nook is obviously a villager. If Mac is town, then Nook could still be a wolf but his reasons for townreading Nook are good ones.

I discussed this with TSP and Ted in chat yesterday; my thoughts on Mac was he was initially scumreading me coming into day 2 but quickly 180'd the read in chat. While I haven't seen what a mac wolf is like, I sort of expect a wolf Mac to tunnel me into obliteration rather than townread me.
