Take my word for it. One of them specifically says it is held by a "rogue," and since another says held by mafia I think rogue is clearly 3P.

That artifact is "Mace of Molag Bal" and I'm guessing based on the picture that the champion of Molag Bal is more the "bust your head" type than the "spray and run away" type of mace carrier.

So until someone gives me a reason to think strongly about some other idea, I am maybe satisfied with the vig shot having been this 3P and that they are at least willing to smash people that might be wolves. It's at least a plausible fit to the mechanics.

I was thinking more of the fact that Nanook was wolfy as hell at EoD and the only thing (IMO) that stopped a last minute flash wagon from running him over was Alison. If the wolves have a second KP they wouldn't use it on Nanook. They would probably have left Alison alive to murder Nanook for them, because I am pretty sure she would have come in just as set on killing him as I was (before I saw he was dead town...yes that was a moment, sorry Nanook).
