Re: Day 1 Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Actually, i think she makes some good points. But the fact that yo snipped this out of her post makes me go, hmmm:Metalmarsh89 wrote:It's posts like these that make me think people don't read what I have to say.Canucklehead wrote:Ok. I just read this whole fucking thread, which is 99.9% centered on Made/llama/MP/Enrique with a dash of MP/SVS thrown in for good measure.![]()
Okay, so you're not going to touch the Made debate, but rather you'll look around at the others who are doing the same thing you are to find a baddie?Canucklehead wrote:However, given the single mindedness of the thread so far, I'm much more inclined to believe that the baddies are using this insane Made-centric firestorm to stay out of the way and out of memory. This is like a Day 1 from heaven for them. For that reason, I think I will probably be spending some time looking at (and waiting to hear from) people who are conspicuously staying out of the Made debate, or (even more suspiciously) subtly egging it on while being sure to stay on the fringes. Before anyone gets their panties in a knot, no, I'm not advocating voting for low posters, and yes I recognize that this was a HUGE amount to catch up on and that is a likely reason why some people haven't been too involved (that is in fact my own rationale). BUT I'm hoping that when I do a re-read of the last few pages I will be able to spot some people that are doing some quiet fire feeding while staying out of the limelight, thus keeping the heat of them while providing excellent distractionary fodder for pages and pages and pages......
Linki: lol, what???
What was the point of cutting that out? You could have made the point you made between the two snippets before or after the post, without having any effect on your point.I really, really don't think Made is bad. But I also don't get the sense that his accusers are bad. If ANYONE from the group of SuperPosters is bad, my guess would be MP, simply because he seems like he's trying extra hard to not seem over the top and look reasonable and "fair" in his statements, particularly in his interactions with SVS (I think he began about 4billion response posts with the words "fair enough"). I also thought his super quick response to llama's (seemingly jokey?) mention of his disconcerting agreeability was a little ping worthy. So yes, I am moderately suspicious of MP.
I am noticing you are doing the devils advocate thing, pointing lots of things out that others are saying, but not saying much yourself.
OK, I just got to the English language thing. Bad Karma, guys. i joked about it earlier, but i did not actually read the posts in depth on phone.
Why? It's changeable this game, and if he feels it, he should back it up. How is it uncalled for? He has made his suspicion clear.Dana wrote:Also about the who would I vote for question I would have to say no one right now.
Linki- Nevermind probably llama now, that vote for made was kind of uncalled for. Especially when we still have so much time left to vote...
And this is where I came in. Made, you have been equally snarky. This is a game, fun, good timesEnrique wrote:One second... who taught you sarcastic orange???Made wrote:insert snarky insult of other's intelligence here

You can claim that your statement was a joke after you were called out on it because you included the magic tongue smiley (also known as "Miley Cyrus"). It was a subtle (not so to me) dump of a gamblers fallacy (which WILL sway people). But it was gauche.
I do.MovingPictures07 wrote: If someone finds my behavior suspicious because of an interpretation of my intentions, so be it (as LoRab would say, eye me all you want),

To be honest, since MP is looking for suspects other than Made from me 24 hours into day one, the person who most pinged me in tonights reread was Metalmarsh. He lurks in the thread like one of those little satans that sit on your shoulder in those TV commercials, with an angel on the other shoulder, trying to talk you into and out of shit. But he really seems like the little guy in the tiny red satin suit, not the angel guy.

Current theory...
If myself and llama are civvie, mafia wouldn't care/ would let the arguements play out. Would it be fair to say that those with the lighest opinin (this is not to be confused with those who post the least and especially not those who saw the arguement as a waste of time) are those who we should consider next?
Thoughts?

I'm just now checking back in since about 10:40 last night, and I have 6+ pages to catch up on I see. I'm going to try my best, but if the game continues at this rate, I will be getting replaced pretty quickly. I just don't think I have the time for a game that is this hectic right now, but I will give it an honest effort first.

I am so proud! You both get gold stars for cooperation, Lllama & Made
So if the two of you did not want to lynch each other, who would you want to lynch? Disclaimer, we might still wind up lynching one of you, but maybe not
Linki~ I bet BWT doesn't like what Made says about him
And Epi, it is what it is. I try not to let non participants ruin my fun

I don't know. I don't know if it's something that happened when I was there at the time or not. My head's been trying to fight the current since this game started, and it's getting harder and harder as time goes on. And what's worse is I have to vote for somebody before I go to bed tonight, and the only person I'm even remotely, minutely suspicious of is Made. So I don't know if I'm going there or going to see if I can find a better option.Enrique wrote:No, I get that. Re: Day 1 Monty Python and the Holy Grail
So these are the available people: My opinions in ORANGE!!!!!
MovingPictures07 Don't want to get accused of the OMGUS, don;t love how MM extracted Canucks suspish of him from his quotation of her.
S~V~S Amazingly Graceful, such a civvie

Spacedaisy Popped into the Nudge chat, only sighting of her I recall
birdwithteeth11 Not as helpful as he could have been in the challenge (but did show up), has a new job, crankypants about big catch up~ pretty typical BWT
juliets Seems a bit bewildered, did not love being called out to verify Mades chat stuff
thellama73 I think hes a civ, going balls to the walls this way Day 1 would not be a winning move, and he like to win more than he likes to be right (marginally)
Lizzy Want to see more
Long Con While he suspects me, has made some very good non-me related points that sound pretty civvie
Mister Rearranger Cipher, I know he posted, but can't recall what he said
Canucklehead Made some solid points, and hates drama~
Dana I am confused by her; she seems to be operating on an rl level more than a game level
Made My gut tells me hes bad, hide your goats, hide your gold, hide your girls. But my head points to things I read in the thread so

this lynch is gonna suck.

Nevermind. I was confusing this with SVS' post.

SVS, Enrique is not on your list. I tend to agree with the consensus that he would not defend smoeone so vehemently if he were on their team.

Lots of things you like suck. Like Communism. They don't suck just because you like them though.S~V~S wrote:Linki~ thanks for saying things I like suck

I am intrigued by Dana. I agree with SVS's assessment. Her behavior seems strange to me. Not necessarily suspicious, but strange. Possibly New Person Syndrome, where I can't read her. But she intrigues me and I want to hear more from her.
