You know what would be cool? A poisoner that publicly poisons someone, they get saved at the end of the day, it looks like a good heal. But in reality there was no save, they were infected with a virus that for them acts as a fake poison, but after their heal it turns them into an infected carrier the rest of the game. Anyone they visit or who visits them gets the disease and turns into a carrier themselves, spreading the disease the same way. After 3 nights all infected people die.

At a certain point one must trust their instincts. Allcrab and lost monkey probably don't fit the bill here. Martin is the name that leaves me with some non-zero amount of concern. The Alison variable tells me to keep him out -- if she's mafia, he's TMI town. If she's town, then I can take whatever faith in her read on him. I do think he looks more town than not myself and wouldn't gripe at all were it not for the claim.

Keep in mind though that if Gnome is mafia with no obvious poison immunity visible and the game doesn't end, Martin's mafia case becomes significantly more compelling. He'd probably have healed her.
