It's been a weekend.

Thanks for the digging, Arete.

Confession time. I don't really think it makes sense for c4 to be scum here. The way he's acting now, kind of rolling over, only thing he does is hard defend spf. The way he town reads everyone. The way he expected Alison to PT claim and wasn't shy about it. And I don't think Dya/Vul would expect c4 to win tbh.

I'm going to vote spf, but I will very much not be upset if we chop c4 either. He's kind of "done the least" and as lame as it is, it would kind of suck if we all had him in PoE and then didn't chop him and he's mafia.

But ... I don't feel it.

And I disagree that it's Visor again too.

Arete reminded me of several things that bothers me about spf. Specifically the reaction to Vul getting jailed. I didn't like her posts at the time either. And her argument about c4 self pressing is just bad tbh. And also like, not needed? Cause c4 is going down anyway, right?

I'm very uncertain.
But I'm thinking spf might be one that would be able to make the game state feel this way.

I know c4 would probably not want a F3 if town though.

Like, I'm trying to talk myself into a spf vote here, and I can't even seem to do it.

I would be very happy to be killed before F3 if we do end up missing again. I've been dragged into enough F3s on this site. Please don't do it again.

i wont spend too long responding to them since arete can't respond, but arete misunderstood quite a few of my posts in their analysis. i didn't shade arete for "not leaving a legacy behind" - i was concerned about the fact that they did not seem very worried about finding the last wolf, and poking at their mindset to gauge how much they genuinely cared about figuring the game out. and me saying that we shouldn't let arete lead the chop today is not the same thing as saying that we should not meaningfully consider their reads.

I liked Arete's point about Visor's freak out about the Dya chop being too risky if he was a wolf with Dya.

i'm not trying to give you the solution. i'm explaining why arete's legacy read on me was flawed

to answer your other question, i honestly am a little frozen right now. i think that c4 going out of his way to towncase me when he would almost certainly need to get me mischopped to win is pretty villagery, and my primary concern right now is whether or not i can fully trust that visor would be the wolf in a world where c4 is a villager (ie: can i fully, 100% trust you?)

the fact that i can't give you a comfortable answer to that question is exactly why i feel frozen. i arrived at the final wolf being between c4 and visor about ~36 hours ago and as of ~12 hours ago, i would have told you that c4 should probably just be the chop. his posting right now is villagery but i guess i'm working out if it's villagery enough to move the needle (and if it is, then am i ACTUALLY comfortable voting for visor? the entire thing is making me worried that you're a wolf lol)
