There’s no civ mindset world where you go after someone who is probably civ for messing something up it’s just the dumbest strategy ever.

If we wanna do that let’s also get rid of gullotine for meming, Justin for arguing, creature for not posting enough, the people who haven’t shown up and not even bother going after mafia.
