I also like how active you are in generating activity and clashing with players. You're putting in effort to engage with multiple players and try to solve in a situation where you could easily phone it in.

I just had a scum game where I hardslanked the whole time and had less than 50 posts the whole game, so if I was scum, I would actively work to not look like I did in AtLA. How does that factor into your thinking?
1) Nope. I remember you doing it one game, but I can't remember what it was. It's more of a mindset thing where you question people's motivations rather than just accepting the townread. I'd compare it to what Esooa does, where she constantly pesters people about why they townread her. There's a similar thread of pseudo-reaction-testing line of thinking.
2) It doesn't. If you cared about meta, you'd want to not look like your scum game as either town or scum, because you don't want to be scumread as either alignment. If you didn't care about meta, then all that's happened is that you're putting in a lot more effort/solving than the last time you're scum.
Okay, fair.
This is not an accurate assessment of me. I rarely ever think about meta when deciding how to play as town, but almost always consider it when I rand wolf.
I ISO'd Alison and I did see a few things that concern me. I'm not sure if she is the right choice for elim today, but her thunderdome on DoO is somewhat uncharacteristic of Alison, as in my experience, she avoids such interactions as they are bad for the thread. She also seems overly focused on finding one or two wolves, and trying to push the thread towards yeeting, rather than normally I feel she tries to compile reads on everyone so we can sheep her after she gets NK'd. She has mentioned us sheeping her, but she doesn't seem to be concerned with having a game-winning PoE before EoD. That being said, these differences between town!alison are not so stark that I am not willing to go there right now. If DoO flips and flips town though, Alison will definitely be worth a lot of scrutiny.

I disagree. You can vote for someone early and still be engaging and looking for other wolves. You don’t have to change your vote around a lot to scum hunt.

I don’t believe in “lock town” or anything, especially in a game of this nature. So I’m always willing to revisit my town read of Alison at a later date, but as of right now between her and DOO I feel more comfortable with her. I could vote for other people as well, but that wouldn’t accomplish much with them in the lead.

Dizzy/DOO team looks super compatible here. DOO voteparked on me despite having me as a townread, and Dizzy tried to push me after I came out with scumreads on both him and DOO. The case that Dizzy's giving is bad too. I asked if Luck often likes to play wolf because his first post gave me a "hello fellow townies" feeling and I was seeing if it was facetious. The only other read he has an issue with is a bald "that's not a real thought", and an OMGUS against my suspicion on him.

I feel I've made my thoughts on Alison clear, but I also feel the need to say that I'm not actually very clear on the read. I feel like I'm missing a lot of context (which obviously I am). The things I noticed in her ISO was instances where it feels like she's stating train of thoughts that doesn't seem like real concerns to me. I don't know if I can articulate it well, but it's like a "I need to show that I don't know anyone's alignment" kind of feel. I'm not actually married to that read though, as I may be too harsh/stern against her, cause if she is mafia, that's going to be a problem. Also, she seemed better in her back and forth with Omega, better conviction.

Albeit, Doo doesn't even deserve to have anyone defend her. And the main thing that makes her town is that she has 6 votes leading into EoD on Syndicate. And a few people not voting her are towny.

Tsp hasn’t done anything overtly suspicious today. They haven’t done much at all. Something about tsp’s playstyle is suspicious to me practically every game I have ever played with them.
The point being I’d be willing to vote for someone contributing less, but would be worried it wouldn’t gain us as much info as voting for one of the top thread suspects.
Probably is hedgey, but I have to work these things outloud as I’m town and have no where else to discuss the pros and cons of these things but in the thread.
