To be honest, I am not sure about reywaS. I had him pegged as a civvie early on (when he had that silly feud with BF) but his attack against me seemed to come out of nowhere and he kept insisting I must be Horde, which makes me think maybe he is.

I just had to pause for a minute to point out what a hilarious statement that is. I got real good laughs off that for a couple of minutes. I pictured saying it in a variety of accents with a variety of inflections. It's a classic.

Ok, so - weirdness. No lynch, since BF won a staff. (Yay! I think!) Good to know where Timmer is at, "he's our MP", as it were. Is He-Man also hexed? Hard to say, time will tell. It is technically possible, as Timmer would be on Day 2, allowing for someone else to be on Day 1. But I'm not sure if I think it's likely or not as of this moment.

I think I feel fine about trying to lynch BWT again. However, I'm not quite ready to vote just yet, as I'd like to let things simmer a bit more before deciding 100%.

Also, The Walking Dead is coming on in about 25 minutes, so that's how long I have to do whatever needs doing for the next hour.

So I must away, prep myself for zombies, and then get super comfy. I will keep this mafia stuff simmering in the back of my mind.

People vote so early here! I reviewed all the reasons in the thread people see BWT is bad and I come to the same conclusion. The most overwhelming thing to me was that back and forth with LT where he was trying to say she was defensive when she was really on the offense. LT has that reputation so it seemed like he was trying to leverage off reputation and not what the specific situation was in this game. Also, he changed his mind several times about her and though I change my mind all the time through games he seemed to change his mind more in the moment depending on what she said. If you ask me now I don't know whether he thinks she's bad or not. Finally, I would expect someone who was suspected by so many would be fighting tooth and nail with their dying breath if they were civv and I don't see that here.

So, even though I'm not used to voting so early, I'm going to go ahead and cast my vote for BWT.

I'm back from my trip and finally caught up on the thread! I stupidly forgot the power cord to my laptop when we left for Philadelphia last week and it was such a whirlwind weekend that I never had a chance to find a computer to get on and read the thread and vote.

Anyway, I think the case LT made against BWT sounds solid and I would have definitely placed my vote on BWT during the last lynch phase and am happy voting that way today since I think shenanigans were involved in his lynch survival.

So many lynch survivals! This makes it very hard to narrow down who might be connected to one another based on voting patterns. Hopefully BWT won't be so lucky this second time.

Also, to address those saying they wanted to hear from me and still find me suspicious, can you please clarify what it is about my posts that is making you suspicious? I understand suspecting me due to my Day 1 vote. But what have I said or done beyond that to make you think I'm not on the side of good? I know Russtifinko said that he was pinged by my vote to give LT the shield which I thought was odd considering a lot of people voted for her and I trusted her at the time (and still do!). He also mentioned that I was a Wind Raider voter (thus a "non-stridor" voter), but as I pointed out, he himself also voted Wind Raider and blindfaeth on Day 1 so I wasn't sure why he was using that against me (unless Russ was a baddie and figured since he voted that way and was bad, then I must be bad too since I voted the same as him). I am not Snake Mountain or Horde and very much thought BF was mafia when I voted for him Day 1.

Both Russ and He-Man jumped on me for getting "over-defensive" about Russ' posts against me, but I didn't think it was overdefensive to simply defend myself against the slew of posts Russ made against me while I was silenced Day 3. Not to mention as I pointed out, I thought the points he was using to suspect me were peculiar. He-Man just keeps throwing my name out there without explaining why he suspects me (other than he keeps accusing me of "flying low" which I haven't been [with the exception of this past weekend where I had no internet access]).

Anyway, if I have done something other than those things to make people suspect me, please let me know so I can address it.

Moving on from that, I am wondering if Timmer is hexed and that's why he voted BF yesterday and then again today. I don't buy that he actually suspects BF.

I am going to vote BWT because I also hope we can get an early lynch post and move this along (5 dead players in 5 days is unreal!).

I admit, it doesn't sound like civv Timmer to me which is why I was thinking he was bad until the issue of everyone voting for him and the possibility that he is indy came up. I guess it could be that people voting for him makes him stronger and his team voted for him knowing he would survive the lynch. Gah! I think I will do the same thing with him I did with BWT - go through the thread and collect the evidence for him being bad and for him being indy and see where that weighs out.

No, and up to this point I haven't even thought about the comparison. I haven't gotten to the end of note taking on the cases for Timmer being either indy or baddie but certainly I will need to think through what you've brought up. Do you think BWT is indy or do you think just because nearly everyone voted timmer it's not good enough proof that he is indy?

Also while I'm paused, AATB you mentioned that since Modulok attempted the night kill you don't think Timmer is Modulok. I'm confused as to what the link is there. Is there something that would have prevented Timmer from attempting the night kill as Modulok?

It's a hard choice bc we don't really know where his loyalties lie. Again, from the show he seemed more or less helpful to eternia but really he only showed up when snake men were involved.

I think it was quiet only because the case on BWT was near flawless and he didn't come back any further to defend himself.

I voted early because I knew I wouldn't change my mind about him and I wasn't sure I'd be back in time. Thankfully I did because I was busy all day yesterday.

So while I was reading last night I was on the lookout for anyone trying to detract attention away from BWT. In case he came back bad. Because then I'd have some leads for suspects. Not really much was brought up this past day period, just Timmer and He-Man, and Ishuar or whoever that hasn't posted. But the first BWT lynch day, I found this interesting. I've been mostly reading Russ as civ, so I might be way off base here, but..

On the other hand, the number of people hopping in to voice their surety that he is evil is a little strange.

Also, I counted up and I think it was 10 characters who started this game without BTSC, and everyone has a chance of earning it at some point. There is a lot going on here that never makes it to Public Threadsville.

And finally, the dream I mentioned was a PM from Epi, not a RL dream. Is it safe to assume that Shadow Weaver's power is to send people false info in dreams and disregard it completely, or should I post it here and let you guys decide for yourselves?

Idk. I recommend you read it in context. It's on pg 28 and if I'm not mistaken, before many votes were cast. #1, why are we only sure about boomslang being bad? Roxy was, unless he's talking about my conspiracy theory, in which case, he's suspecting me but believing something I said?

I do think it's odd however that you were latching onto a case built by Timmer of all people. I'm still undecided about Timmer tbqh, he could be good for all I know, but I'm not sure he's the most trustworthy person, I've been taking his opinions with a grain of salt. Also I guess we'll see if he votes me again today for a third time, but it seems to be a possiblility that he was hexed and built that case so that he did not look obvious/suspicious.

Anyway, it just feels like the post was an attempt to say "Idk, BWT looks kinda suspicious, but look at all those people suspecting him, maybe he's not bad.. look at BF!"

Regardless, I don't know why I missed the last part before, maybe I just glanced over it. But why are you sure that Shadow Weaver sent the dream and not someone else? Idk, I think info is usually better off in the hands of the civvies, but you have to use your best judgement. Letting the bad guys know what exactly my staff does and how it works would be a bad idea, for example.

These wiki articles make me think maybe we should vote Snake Mountain, since Zodak doesn't like snakes. Also, Snake Mountain has the fewest members remaining, so since we don't know whether the effect is positive or negative, it will be minimized with fewer people.

I haven't made up my mind yet, but this is what I'm thinking initially.
