I agree that we shouldn’t assume the poison was the work of the mafia. If it was mafia, I would think they would poison someone more universally town read then Syn who has some town read but also seemingly some suspicion right now as possible mafia if not Seanzie or falcon.

usually there's a doc/medic to counteract it but that's impossible in a heist with a role cop and roleblocker already flipped
