i think that @Syn is town due to his lack of self-pres. i have played with both town and mafia syn. if he tryhards its a towntell for him. he can be low energy as either alignment. the thing is, he acknowledged that he is on the chopping block. he saw that he is a top wagon and said "maybe i should go read back". he was online 30 minds before eoD iirc (as in he posted itt). i believe that it is more likely that if he is mafia, he will put the extra effort for his team to leave a self-pres vote. thats how most people feel like, since if they are part of a mafia team on discord it feels more intimate. if you are town you dont know your teammates, you might as well be playing solo.

so i think that syn's complete lack of interest (also the "i just voted for the name closest to mine" stuff are too absurd to come from scum. i think he is town

Agree with this. Also just...I feel like I'm reading my own iso when I read his. Like he hinted he has things irl (deadlines or whatever) and so he's mostly just being sassy, and I just see myself when I'm in the same position. I always get scumread for it too. He doesn't give af in that situation and neither do I.

And like...there are a whole lotta ??s on the Syn wagon fmpov. And that was the wagon that didn’t move much at EoD. Like it was the people who popped off a vote earlier then didn’t stop by for EoD. Unless I am *vastly* wrong on my townreads (most of whom ended up on Dya) then there are scum, and I would think more than one, on Syn.

Whether this in particular makes Syn the bussed wolf or a mischop bait the wolves thought they had nailed down…could go either way actually. But I’m entertaining the latter idea. There’s a whole lot of people who I want to say are town who swapped last minute to Dya, which suggests town were struggling to decide (natural for a large game D1) and scum were content to sit where they were. I haven’t checked everyone on that wagon but I do feel like I didn’t see most of the Syn-voters around at EoD.

So I also want to read Syn as town based on VCA. Which is a stupid and often wrong way to form opinions but I'm doing it anyway.

Ender has been alot less inspiring this game I guess I’d say? He seems to be playing a differently than his previous civ games and more on the quiet side. Which I believe was the read I had on him last game and he was mafia. I’ll go back and recheck pending that check is what my read will be.
