I townread Falcon, ilario, Jack, LC, and (for all intents and purposes) Dyson. Ender is a lesser townread but still someone I can work with and have no inclination to vote. I am ok to sheep ilario on TSP for a bit because I usually have trouble reading TSP.

That leaves Nanook, Seanzie, Scotty, Rondo, and Gavial. I have spoken about Seanzie. Nanook is exactly rand. I don't really want to put up with Gavial being uncommunicative for the rest of the game; I also think he is intentionally being less communicative than he could have been with the gimmick. Rondo seemed rand to me but Ender thinks he's scummy and the two of them know each other well so I'm inclined to give some weight to that. Scotty is my strongest scumread.

If you thought it was me and ender it was kinda dumb to change your vote to me because that kinda slightly crumbled your chances on Ender top wagon.
Like if you thought I was scum with Ender why not keep it on Ender?
If you still thought I was scum with Jack why haven’t you said anything to figure out more of Jack’s slot?

Literally, that’s one of the two way the power works so I don’t see how it can be a real power that Martin didn’t foresee possibly returning this result.

Well, the odds are actually not fantastic to return a positive except just by picking the top town names. Say dyson had picked anyone in the POE, returned negative, the ability is shit because plausible deniability in all 3 of the targets. Renders the role almost useless. Finding all 3 town is helpful for clearing.

I mean, it’s still really powerful.

Target 3 towncore = confirmed towncore or confirmed deepwolf
Target 2 towncore and 1 poe = basically a check on the poe person

The ability is only shit if you target 3 sus players and get back that they aren’t all town. Even if you do that, there’s a slim chance of getting back they’re all town, which is also really powerful.

Or that there could be a mole in the towncore. Still would risk a couple mislynches

Yeah but suppose you target like Scotty, Lime, Falcon and get there’s a wolf.

Now that’s mechanical confirmation that at least one of 2 towncore members is a wolf, which is pretty good. You were gonna flip Falcon anyway.
