I think i have been helping, but OK
I voted, i am out of here. xox
Linki Dana, you are the most sensible person ever, what are you doing here??

If she were bad with teammates, I feel like some people would have tried to steer the votes away from her, while still being as subtle as possible. But it does not seem like that happened at all. Most people seem more than happy to just vote for her and follow the crowd. If she's not on their team then lynching her just helps them, right?zeek wrote:How does it make sense?
Not to mention, not everyone can be around at the same time. If there truly was no resistance for a juliets lynch I don't think I'd have 5 votes.nijuukyugou wrote:I've got to drive and celebrate my brother's bday and I don't know when I'll be back (likely after the voting for both games I'm playing), so thoughts and my vote:
1) Still don't see MP as bad. Don't really know why people are voting for him. I've read the thread (or at least most of it in the last hour, since I was stupid enough to leave myself 7+ pages to read) and saw a baddie-hunting MP. Plus, one's gotta feel bad for a guy who can't stay alive past the first day in sooooo many games :P
2) In my catching up, the "supatown" comment by Enrique (giving zeek the suspicious eye for using the term) really honestly pinged me, before I even saw what others said about it. I don't read his defense of the comment as genuine, either - he gave zeek the eye and called him suspicious, then backed off and tried to say "no, I wasn't witch hunting" and "why would I push a lynch for a random civilian?" If you weren't pushing towards a lynch or trying to garner suspicion, and you weren't witch hunting/weeding out suspicion, then what exactly were you trying to accomplish through that comment? Your explanations change with whomever is asking, and it's not consistent. This is the most suspicious thing to me so far.
I see other suspicions of other people popping up, but I really don't have time right now to look at that, as I've spent the last hour and a half piecing the above suspicion together from the last 7 damned pages to read (my fault, no one else's, I know). I gotta look at my other game really quick and then get on the road, so going ahead and voting Enrique.
She has 8 votes of out 30/31. It's not exactly a landslide.Dana wrote:If she were bad with teammates, I feel like some people would have tried to steer the votes away from her, while still being as subtle as possible. I wouldn't defend you either.juliets wrote:Oh, and note that no one defended me before it got out of hand. That should be a big tell.
By defense thing, I meant her defense of the lack of defense for her made sense to me. I explained why in my last post.zeek wrote:She has 8 votes of out 30/31. But why does her defence make sense?
I asked her why she didn't copy and paste. She said it was too much of a bother, not that she'd changed her mind.Spacedaisy wrote:But she could have just been changing her mind between the two posts, I don't know.

The answer: all of them, if you are a marmot.

Thats kinda quibbly, to be honest. I will reserve judgment until we see how she flips, but if that is the entire basis of the case against her that is kinda weak. I hope you are right.zeek wrote:Ah, I thought you meant her reasoning for posting differently.

I have no idea. I'm pretty sure he'd have been more active if he knew it had started so I'm assuming he just hasn't checked yet. I'll send him a text and tell him to get in here.Enrique wrote:Well, not anymore... but you get me. Lots of non-voters this round.
Does Gotrees know we started? I saw he was on IRC earlier but he hasn't posted here yet.
Still quibbly, IMO. I hope you are bad Juliets, but you sound mega sincere to me.zeek wrote:The problem is how it changed.S~V~S wrote:Thats kinda quibbly, to be honest. I think there was some of the "Hey what about this person" type of resistance but not the "I disagree with this theory about Juliets" type. I definitely could have missed things though, because I mostly skimmed to catch up in time to vote. Eloh's one sentence post and Juliets vote really bugged me a lot, though.Enrique wrote:I'm just saying, I could've still gotten lynched. Dana makes it sound like there was no resistance to a juliets lynch at all, which isn't true. I find Blooper's post/vote the most interesting because it came just around the time juliets was taking the spotlight.
If you come back civ, I apologise but I didn't make you change your wording. You made yourself look suspicious all on your own.juliets wrote:he's not right - you will see.zeek wrote:The problem is how it changed.
We'll see.juliets wrote:changing wording is not a big deal. How often do you change your wording on things? It was totally innocent - dont try to absolve yourself.
I agree with this. It wasn't a mere change of wording, it was a complete change of post content.zeek wrote:If you come back civ, I apologise but I didn't make you change your wording. I will admit that her language makes me nervous, but I can't help that she made some really serious wording errors that made her look incredibly suspicious.S~V~S wrote:Juliets can bring the guilt, but i have never seen her bring it quite like this. "Absolve" is a pretty strong word.
Heavy, innit? It's not personal, it's suspicion in a game.S~V~S wrote:Juliets can bring the guilt, but i have never seen her bring it quite like this. "Absolve" is a pretty strong word.

Thanks for responding, that makes a lot of sense. I just haven't seen your usual self yet which was making me wonder what's on your mind.S~V~S wrote:At this stage, not really, Alex. Zeek asked me this same question, although slightly more confrontationally. Linki~ I did not mean that in a negative way, Zeek. Juliets is formidable.
Linki, well that sucks.
DF and MR both for themselves, Roxy randomized, a few drive-bys. Yeah not a great round for votes.MovingPictures07 wrote:Honestly, if 15 out of 31 players missed the D1 vote and I was hosting, I'd be half tempted to just modkill them all. That's insane.

I have some thoughts on today, but I want to let them percolate a bit before I say anything.
Made is currently at homecoming right now, but I thought he voted before he left? He has been acting a little bit odd. Not as much like his normal self, can you see it Enri? I feel like he's being more careful than he has been in the past two games, but it still might be too soon to tell.Enrique wrote: Surprised Made didn't vote, really, he's been talking a fair bit.
I had this impression too, I'm definitely watching him particularly closely. If juliets did flip bad, I was going to gun after Made, but now that she hasn't, I'm not totally sure about him.Dana wrote:Made is currently at homecoming right now, but I thought he voted before he left?
