No, this is the 2nd time.

Also, I notice while looking at my spreadsheet that Vompatti voted for you two days in a row and then Snake Mountain killed him/her on N3.

Here are the votes that seem to have been hexed:

Possible: Vompatti for Snow Dog D2 and D3

MP for DH D3 and D4
BF for MP D4 and D5
Timmer for BF D4 and D5
He-Man for LT D5 and D6

Note that two people appear to have been hexed at the same time for D4 and D5. So, either Leech is responsible for that duplication or one of them was not actually hexed..
It could also be that someone was hexed day one and two and we just cant tell because they were silenced by the spiders.

The first hex would have been D2 and I think that might have been Vompatti.

LT, just trying to understand, can you explain who this was directed to? Because I don't see who was talking about his forced vote, or why this is relevant I guess.
A couple of people have mentioned it during the last day and again this day period - that his vote for me is suspect. He was very obvious about being forced to vote me last lynch so I thought I would point that out.

I am still not convinced that He-Man is a baddie, tbqh. He has responded to everything, his answers make sense. Considering how many times he gets lynched as a civvie, it makes me more cautious where he is concerned. Also, Indiglo's case on him included stuff that He-Man has already responded to. So.... :ponder:

I still want to hear from Dom. He was reading this thread yesterday and I am pretty sure he saw my post. Also, Aceofspaces - where the heck is he?

You are free to disagree, I have no problem with that. However I will say that his responses have not been satisfactory to me personally. They have been extremely superficial imo and have not addressed the real issues I see with him - repeated contradictions since day 1, his incredibly opportunistic sudden 5 minute suspicion of DH when MP was forced to vote him, andan ongoing list of names of "suspects" with no real substance to any of them (among other things). In fact, when I have more time (probably on Friday), I am planning to go back through his posts again and write down all the names he listed. I think we will find some interesting things there, more than likely.

I have no further questions for you He-Man, and I'm sorry if me calling you a "goof" upset you. That was not my intention. I just want to repeat again that I do not dislike you or want you out of the game - I happen to think you are mafia, so for that reason I believe your role needs to be eliminated. I see a pattern of behavior here that reads mafia, that's all.

Another thing I noticed - after me posting a case on He-Man, a couple of people suddenly come out of the woodwork saying I pinged them. Granted, that could be genuine, but it seems like more than a coincidence to me - and I think some of those "pinged people" were simply riding the coattails of other players. So that may give us some other places to look too.

Okay, so I went back and read majority of He-Man's posts and it seems to me that he has been consistent in saying he finds Spaghetti and Timmer suspect. Yes, he has mentioned a few other names, but I didn't view that as "odd". The only thing that did crick my eyebrow was his vote for DH when MP was hexed and thus I slapped a vote on him for that. He could be bad and I might just be being too cautious... but for right now, I don't think he is.

@Kate - yes, you could be right that it was not Vomp - but that was the only D2/D3 vote that stuck out since Timmer was the main collector of votes on D2.

It is also possible that there has been a day with no hexes, since there are a large number of role blocking powers, and Skeletor might have been blocked.

Hey everyone, just wanted to pop in to say the concert was great, but I have not had a single chance to read anything even the night post. I am much more busy at work, plus I have studying and other items to accomplish, and I have night class tonight -- but seeing as though the lynch ends tomorrow morning, I'll be back as soon as I can. I likely will not have a chance to read anything until after class tonight.

I think indi's case pretty much covered the things that have bothered me about He Man. There are a couple of things I want to mention though that pinged me that might be similar to hers. I was really pinged on Day 0 (i think it was 0) by He-Man's vote for that Battle Ram. Several people, MP first I guess, did an excellent job with the math that showed which machines would be the best and I can understand voting every other one except that one. It looks to me like a baddie team spreading out their votes to be sure and hit every one of the choices. He Man I know you said you just thought it would be fun but as someone pointed out earlier, that would make sense if it were real life but not in a pretend world. Is there any other explanation I might have missed?

I also don't understand the DH vote. That day you listed your suspicions at 8:12 am (these are all est so I know for you there is about a 5 hour difference) and DH wasn't there. Then at 12:42 you said he was probably in the horde. And then you say DH is playing his baddie game and voted him at 5:08. At 5:32 you went to bed with "Off to bead, good luck with the lynch civvs". What happened between that first post where you listed suspicions and the second post where you mention DH who was not mentioned on the first post? Also, this may be a small thing but I was pinged by the way you signed off "good luck with the lynch civvs". It sounded like you were talking to a group of people of which you were not a part. Like i say, a small ping but it bothers me.

And finally, and I think indi pointed this out I'm pinged by how you are all over the place in your suspicions. Russ even remarked that your posts read like a list of names. Just in the last day or so since this suspicion came up you've thrown out SE and just recently DP - it feels like you've been throwing out names to see if someone would stick. I have generally seen you have a suspicion and stick to it at least until you see proof that you are wrong when you are civv.

At this point, He Man is where I'm leaning for a vote.

Yet he voted for BWT and while hexed stated that he would be happy with BWT being lynched.

Therefore, I do not think He-man is Horde.

I think Juliets was trying to say he was Snake Mountain since she proposed self-targeting as to why He-man is hexed. He did vote to lynch boomslang... so what does that do to the theory that he is Snake Mountain since he could have slapped his vote on BF...

Well, from what I've read, it would seem just as unlikely that He-Man would be Snake Mountain based on his day one vote for Boomslang. The way I see it, he could be a civvie/indy....OR he could be a savvy baddie on either team and just threw a team mate under the bus. It would make more sense that he would have been throwing BWT under the bus than Boomslang based on how those lynches went down.

I really, really don't want to be a tie breaker, especially if my gut is leading me astray, but I am going to *vote blindfaeeth* and hope my gut isn't betraying me!

My reasons:
1) He was the first to suggest the idea that the baddie teams each had one teammate vote for Stridor and then said that we should give the Stridor voters a pass (and he was a Stridor voter)
2) He got flustered and contradicted himself during his conversation with reywaS
3) There appears to be a subtle push away from voting for him in this lynch which might be baddie teammates trying to re-direct the attention elsewhere
What are thoughts on FH? I was reading through the day one lynch and I noticed she is the last to vote for BF before Heman came in to tie it. Any thoughts there? I dont have time now to do a full reread, at work.

I dont think he would do that, not on day one.

Unless.....he voted accidentally for the wrong one (they were next to each other I think) and then posted with his reason.

Well I suppose that is possible, but it is probable?

Probable? I don't know the probability. It is possible you admit though? Otherwise we can rule out Snake Mountain

So, Snow Dog, you're saying you think He-Man may have accidentally voted Boomslang in the poll and then just went ahead and voted BS in the thread, too? I don't know about that....

I think it's likely something happened that lynch, like they expected someone or ones to vote who didn't or some other mishap. I think He Man was also hexed by his own team which means I see He Man as more of a Snake Mountain than a Hoard. I could be wrong about that though, I can never be 100% certain. I do feel He Man is bad though.

Sorry I meant to respond to Kate. Kate, I haven't read through FH yet or read all the posts about her in one sitting. I haven't had any pings but if she's pinging you I want to check into it.

I don't understand that. Of course if he accidentally voted someone he would support that action in the thread.

I'm not sure. There are many complications involved. His actions do shout civvie. His posts are more confused though. I'm undecided. He could very well be civvie.

I suppose it is POSSIBLE, but what I was trying to say was that I just find it highly unlikely.

Maybe so. Plus it adds in a random factor of error and things just get more complicated than they already are.

So, most likely, he voted BS on purpose because he is not his ally
and, very unlikely, he voted BS by accident
and extremely unlikely, he voted BS on purpose and he is his ally just so we didn't suspect him.

Does that sum it up do you think?

According to Occam's Razor and all that, yea, I guess so.

Well, I am not going to be voting He-man since I think after this exercise, it is clear he is not on either team, thus he must be a civvie.

@Kate - I have thought FH seemed civvie... I mean very civvie... so that sort of pinged me. But I cannot see her going to all the detail in vote analysis etc if she were bad.

So, what are thoughts on Dom?

Where are our replacement people? The un-tamed and Stormcrow, specifically....

Well what I was trying to do was go through the day one lynch and see if anything stood out since I"m pretty much at a loss at where to look next. I got as far as the end of the lynch and saw her vote placement and commented. I didn't have a chance to read up after that, which I posted upthread.

Don't be pinged by me, you and I are together. I'm sure of it.

He-Man has been acting strange, it's true, but the logic previously stated by others has convinced me thta he can be on neither bad team. I also think he has defended his positions pretty well. He will not be getting my vote today.
