Well given there is an FBI Agent claim, the setup says there is at least 1 3rd Party role, and we have an Oracle claiming 2+ 3rd Parties were revealed.
I would say that there are numerous things pointing towards the existence of a Serial Killer.
The only way there isn't would be for SoA to be lying and for the 3rd Party role to not be a Serial Killer and for there to be a 2nd useless Town role in Mac (or Mac is lying as well).
