Closed setup game. This will be a standard heist. No nonstandard mechnanics. Three or fewer PR's. 13 players (but may scale it up depending on interest). 48/24h cycles. I don't like flavored coffee, but this game will contain it.

This game will run through the holidays anyway, so having a postcap probably won't even be necessary, but I'll add one anyway (unless anyone strongly opposes it).
