A few days ago, I began writing a story. Every time I thought about it, however, I thought about it as a graphic novel. Paragraphs of text just wouldn't do. This project needs images.
Just one problem: I can't draw worth a damn. And I color outside the lines (my only "needs improvement" mark in kindergarten). I can see in my mind what I would want each cell to look like, and I could describe it in words, but I cannot execute it myself.
I want to collaborate with someone confident and capable enough- and willing- to work with me on a graphic novel. Without getting into the details of the story, I'll simply say that the novel involves a contemporary high school. I am looking for an artist who can draw characters consistently (in various expressions) and can give and take direction.
If you are that person or know of anyone interested, let me know. This isn't a paid gig. Yet.

The answer: all of them, if you are a marmot.
