here's what happened, for anyone catching up. NAA claimed a red check. i asked him if it was serious multiple times, as did other people. he said "hard claim, will literally never rescind." i continued to prod him about it, he said don't shoot her though, so i moved on

then he @'d me AGAIN and said i could shoot her i guess, but don't blame me if there's a negative consequence: essentially implying that she is confirmed red but shooting her may lead to a negative consequence.

i said "NAA, if you don't rescind the red by 2:55, i'm shooting alison."

he did not rescind the red check. thus, i shot her.
