I get a distinct impression from c4's posts that he is trying to find people to suspect, but, for whatever reason, he is unable to make any progress on a push. It's something I've associated with mafia members in the ancient past.

I noted it in real time, then skimmed his ISO to see if it was a trend on Day 1 as well. I feel that it was.
