I've dropped a few bits and pieces already, and there's no need for me to say anything on Belzy/Porscha now, so actually I don't have much left to say actually lol.

But re: JPIC, since he's becoming a bigger topic of discussion,

I totally get and agree with JPIC being in the PoE by virtue of not having anything clearing him and the net getting smaller (barring any fish who escaped it due to vig shots etc).

But also - and he's gonna be gleeful if I'm wrong on this - I just sort of see v!JPIC here? He felt completely unbothered (up till recently when he's getting PoE'd). His reads have evolved in a way I find towny, like doing a 180 on Creature from D1 to D2, being confident on his meta read of C4 but then getting paranoid later (but never enough to fully let go of his meta read), similarly being reluctant to TR me but also quietly (this is my inference anyway) finding no reason not to, etc. I just don't see any agenda in his posting.

Also, this is a really stupid read but it's something that caught my eye: in this post he is showing that he actually opened a bunch if spoilers to read through LP's big post. And he found something to pick up on. That's suggesting he's actually reading the thread fairly closely but choosing not to comment on everything, which is just quite towny imo.

W.r.t. the scum flips: he sussed Marmot immediately, before it was cool, though he later retracted. So +1 but then -1. He was a bit iffy on Dizzy at first too, but then decided to TR him and followed him at EoD. That could be a bad look, but it's not damning. And really, he calls Dizzy town, but doesn't really defend Dizzy's slot. Most wolves would go for the paths of least resistance: either commit to the distancing or commit to the shielding. JPIC just sort of shrugs and has a difference of opinion and leaves it at that.


So all in all, I get JPIC being PoE and I agree he should be, because there's nothing clearing him and I could just be pocketed (which, truthfully, I'd expect w!JPIC to deliberately do towards me as a tactic). But I just sense a town player doing town things.

Although Sabie could also just shoot towny townies and then keep quiet and not claim the shots. Maybe they feared someone watching/tracking the shots? But if I was a scum Vig I'd probably shoot alexa/nutella/etc and then just not say anything in the thread. I might get caught in the end but it would still be a positive for the scum team.

there wasn't much of a strong town day 1. why play risky holding until day 2 or day 3 and then having to justify why you shot a townie when you can coast on being "confirmed town" for multiple days with soup kills. if maf already knows marmot is likely getting shot day 1 then why not make a deep wolf "confirmed" townie out of another maf to make up for it? idk seems like the risk / reward is better for maf to team kill marmot if marmot is going down anyway imo

That was me having a gut reaction on marmot. I thought marmot's post at the time was a classic post a wolf makes; it wasn't something I felt massively strong on true but enough to have some suspicions.

I asked Creature to 'sell me' because I didn't know what his thought process was as I felt he made a out of nowhere post. It's also why I suspected creature because it felt like he was dragging his heels across the floor
