Yeah one of the first things I do when cafe searching in a new city is checking out their cat cafes.

Anyway movie ends, I regret all choices I made in life, he leaves. I go to bed and my bedroom was on the first floor of my house, so I had a nice terrace to it. Anyway he climbed onto it and started knocking on my Windows outside like 30 mins after he supposedly left.
I started texting and calling him like crazy to come over cos someone was at my window and he would text back to stop imagining things until he gave himself away and started laughing.
We are not friends anymore.

Aviaries no. I think it's inhumane.
Zoos is a complex answer because I'm a hypocrite who's been to zoos but I find the idea of capturing animals in an enclosed space for our viewing pleasure to also be an uncomfortable one. I haven't been to a zoo in like 10 years? I think they're a great way for children to learn about animals though, and the really nice zoos that spoil their animals are less bothersome to me in general.
Birds being enclosed in little cages tho is evil.

Not quite, I've never really made a top 10 list. I love going to art museums of various decades and just admiring the work of artists who aren't prominent at all. I have loads of photos of work that has moved me to my core by unknown names.NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 10:14 pm Do you have a favorite piece/work of art?
If I wanna go with something really famous that I love it would be balloon girl by bansky.
I love graffiti a lot, and being in Paris, it's something I always stop to admire on my walks!!!

I guess not, in that case it's a need that you have to build to survive. With how wealth is distributed in the world and the fact we work for money, sometimes people work more hours and earn way less than others, world's not perfect and evenly distributed.
To that extent, I feel strongly about helping those less fortunate and some things I feel are basic human rights: food, no one ever goes hungry. Shelter, no one should ever have to live on the streets or not have shelter and warmth. Access to clean water.
It's 2022 and billionaires are burning money to fly to other planets for more monetary gain. It's cool cos space is cool, but it is also ridiculously gross imo.

Graffiti is my favorite where actual drawing is involved though yeah for sure.
I am also fascinated by prominent artists sketch books vs their actual painting masterpiece lol.

From others? Not at all.
I am uncomfortable to display PDA around kids though and not like anything super heavy cos I feel it's disrespectful to others who didn't sign up to my peep show lol. But a passionate kiss on a nice bridge or in front of the sea... why not.

Be filthy rich and spend all money on me but still respect me and treat me as an equal.

Haha. God, I dont know. Respect, being able to stand the person in an enclosed space for years at end, really respecting who I am where I come from and my culture and background (people say they do, but they're actually ashamed of me in some ways --- speaking from past experiences). Optimism, humor, and forward thinking with goals to obtain.

I think I tend to like looks into a creative person's process in the form of documentaries and/or interviews more, something about hearing them talk about it/seeing it play out connects more with me. When it's actually interesting and not just a bunch of pretentious bs, of course.
Which segues neatly into my next question, how much of an "art snob" would you say you are? Consistent across mediums, or does it vary from one to another?

Pretentious and philosophical--- there's a very fine line between the two I agree lol. And most artists like to get philosophical

I'm not an art snob at all. I'm the furthest thing from that because I feel like a virgin critic. I do get angry when people bash art, cos I feel it wasn't meant to be appreciated by everyone but that doesn't make it "bad".

Goals of any kind. Goals = motivation = moving forward and not backward. Setting goals creates drive and passion to do things so I think it's super healthy in a relationship to have them and that they complement each other's goals and aims.
