Our core role is mafia so we're going to begrudgingly make an attempt to get a better grasp of this game. Not ideal for us but we'll do what we can.
I swear I set aside a chunk of time for this, then i fell asleep instead lol

I was told
1. Mafia are uninformed good aligned majority
2. Rebels are uninformed good aligned majority
3. Town are informed bad aligned minority (the way Osie worded it though, was "I can assume they are"
If mafia has majority why haven't any of them flipped so far?
Always nice when people out themselves, very helpful to me

I'm not going to claim to understand what's happening here.
Owl can explain it once they show up.
In other news, I'm tired and should go to bed.
Cya later.
I'm guessing that before you flipped, you were legitimately an informed minority mafia, not the uninformed one that everyone has claimed after flipping once? If so, who else has an initial role as mafia? what abilities did you have? which kills did you make?
Millium wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 7:21 pm
Also I don't think you are neutral I don't think based is neutral, I'm assuming a lot of things are purely semantics, I was a neutral faction that was actually uninformed majority good
So again, I'm sitting under the assumption that the evils know they are evil, it's the only way to move forward at this point, or people can continue to make up reads based on claimed alignments
Uh well
I'm with you on assuming my core role probably isn't neutral tbf, I don't think we've had anyone flip as neutral as their core role or however the heck the flips work
I have no idea what my core role is, though, so I'm not really any more in the know than you are regarding that lol
At this point it's probably not *that* bad if my slot flips since we could get our core role that way and stop wondering if we should pick a side
On the other hand from what we were told, it is indeed possible to win without receiving our core role, so if you'd rather we not suddenly become town or mafia or villager or werewolf or whatever else is in this game, then just leave us as a neutral cause we can't really do anything else right now.
Then again, it's getting a bit stale and min and I wouldn't be terribly opposed to finding our core role, but it's been sorta fun being neut.
-ww
I mean I'd rather everyone's real role get out there, I suspect if mafia are making these triple kills, it needs to hit new people. But at the same time I was shot twice, so idk
I dont want us to get our core role, because I would rather be a neut. I know that sounds dumb/selfish but for me I feel like if we finally died while this entire game we've been barely playing/paying attention due to our wincon and so if we changed alignments we would just..play poorly for the rest of the game. I uh, kinda dont want that? Its not easy to pick up steam in a game like this.
Millium wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 9:44 pm
It's not possible, I'm saying from a stand point of my factions 3 mission, they were not possible for a minimum of 7 night phases in a perfect world outside mine, and based is a solo neutral, ya nah, in a game where people need to die to get their core roles, 100% not happening any time soon
idc, id rather suffer a painful game than lose and play like crap
treereaper while I repeatedly beg for an answer to our question

We received your laundry and we gave it away. I think that person themselves should be able to claim it. I'll let them decide if it's in their best interest.

speaking of voting, we have an extra vote on us and I dunno why. this is sadge. Im sorry if we said anything Osie, can we pls have it taken away?
Nero's violin playing was actually so good that the city of Rome burnt to never hear another violin, which would just sound worse.
@FoolsGold, @Millium, and @OwlsWriteLetters would have died during the Night. BUT THEY SOMEHOW SURVIVED. They were Werewolf Ravenous Beast, Rebel False Claim Desperado, and Mafia Mooncaller.
In addition, @Zone_Q11 has been exiled and @based has returned.
Owls flipped mafia according to this post @Kurosaki Ichigo .
-CRichard
I was talking about the dead
Shouldn't we kill Foolsgold because they're ww?
Oh sorry. If you're talking about the dead, then none of them have flipped mafia.
-CRichard
It's worse, they're all townspeople. The important thing is whether they are truly an informed minority or not
this only matters if peoples final flips were town and only 1 person so far has flipped town after actually dieing i think?
If town is the informed minority in this setup, then assuming that the hosts made them 1/4 of the player list. If there are more than 6 players who have flipped town, then that proves town isn't the informed minority.

i wont vote them unless you can explain how their previous role/alignment has anything to do with their new one.
Cause if your using the arguement we can't trust the slot
That same arguement can be applied to you cause you;ve yet to actually flip.
I can certainly make u regret that statement @based
Whether we live or die isn’t a big issue. If you focus on being alive, you develop fear. Your eyes get clouded. But if you have no such feelings… you are capable of fighting right to the end of the world.
plus we dont even know if those 3 deaths every night have to include new people, there might exist separate factional actions from the informed minority, like directly killing people, and targeting groups of 3 to force their core role, since not having a core role, means they are affectively 1-shot bullet proof

At best we can assume "at least" 1 person started off as informed minority if not all of them
if these 3 kills are coming from the informed, or its just a random player that was told to target 3 new people, but i don't think every group of 3 has been new, can anyone confirm that?

As for them, we don't know if their alignment has changed, and as for me, I know nothing has changed.
You may believe me or not, but please explain to me if their game makes sense if they are good guys.

i'm thinking that mafia as a first role was a scum faction whereas mafia as a core role is a town faction
which is why i want owl to answer my questions, but their slot keeps going afk this game so idk if that's gonna happen

Im almost positive that that trivia murder party role is a town gladiator that takes amtters into their own hand, which confirms one kill because they were responsible for foolsgold death.

Ok, I'm caught up. I know it depends on what Owls says now, but I honestly think Owl is uninformed, but in a faction that doesn't look like it has much thread control nor the number to outmatch other uninformed majority.

Original wincon was win when any/all factions that present a threat to us die

Then again, town being an informed minority in a core role POV does explain Kiiruma was acting very weird.
It doesn't, ebcause he claimed to be mafia and then flipped town, uunless you suspect he knew town was potentitally the informed faction at the time.

Well, it's a theory. If Kiiruma was informed minority when he received his core role, it would explain why Kiiruma was fakeclaiming mafia and convincing us why mafia is the uninformed majority and weirdly voting Zone who wasn't in his scumchat at that time. I mean there's always room for a Kiiruma to make bad decisions.
Also, of the heads in our slot, the ones doing most of the posting are me (lemon) and Triss and we have not been active due to out-of-game circumstances (as can be witnessed by us not making it in time to vote, leading to our death in trivia).

there is also a world where the informed evil, no they are informed evil, while also having fake roles to work with the mechanics of the game, as to not be outted by the setup itself

Oh no
Anyways
if you are actually town now, what's stopping you from elaborating on your previous role?
Aside from Kiiruma, looking at DKkoba's slot would also make sense (altho maybe not when Math subbed in). Dkkoba's lack of interest showed that he looked more informed than anyone else and it the same with Math who tried to get us out of mech and into social reads where anyone could be lying. There is support for this theory.
