Nothing bizarre or strange about this. I have already explained my actions. For you I will briefly go through it again.
I always had suspicions about He-Man, don't know why, something about the way he posted. You can go back to the beginning to see this. In the last lynch I was going to vote him. LT put doubt in my mind so I tied the vote and "let the fates decide".
Should have gone with my instinct I suppose but I started to worry he'd turn out civvie.
After the vote I claimed I was pretty sure he was bad. A slight exageration on my part to make me look good as it is obvious that in the final vote I had serious doubt.

Good in the sense of perceptive. I was bragging I knew all along, but I didn't. LT's argument made me doubt it. I voted wrong.

That is a good point about dfaraday. Iirc I was the one who pointed out that heman voted for a car for fun. I just couldn't convince myself beyond the boomslang thing. I'm likely to vote Dom. Does anyone know what he voted the day of the silencing spider?

Sawyer. Although I could say the same about you, I'll refrain . not to make excuses but during this game I had three kids with bronchitis and then one with a bad flu. Day 9 and still going strong. I've missed a bunch of work and its easier for me to play there. I'm n my iPad mostly at home. That being said, I think a few ppl have deduced who I am and I most definitely civ.

@Kate: Dom did not vote on the day that many were silenced by eating Spider (he was silenced and chose spider to eat).

I think the fact that He-Man voted Battle Ram wasn't so much because he was a mafia but because He-Man/Dex is zany and likes to walk to the beat of his own drum.

I just don't see why anyone on the mafia would purposefully choose an option that basically had no chance of winning the Day 0 event (which is why I think we only saw 2 votes for Battle Ram and 1 vote for Dragon Walker--the two forms of transportation with a very low chance of success and no information to sweeten the deal) unless they were doing it for the personal nostalgia factor like I think He-Man was.

DF can be hard to read because he doesn't post as much as others, but I find that when he's bad he barely posts anything of substance, mostly just agreeing with other people whereas when he's civvie he suggests a few of his own ideas. And reading back through his posts in this game, I am seeing more of the civvie DF than the baddie one.

Fwiw, I'm not sure basing a vote for BF because of something He Man did/said indicates his vote (BF) could onlymake sense if BF is bad is a solid point. As we know He man was throwing people under the bus who were on his team and just bieng a

in general.

Also, low posters should be looked at, but not just cuz they haven't posted that much. Lurkers who don't post is another story

As others have pointed out, Dom seems like thebest choice for a lynch vote.

I do think Dom has been erratic this game, not the civvie Dom I know from past games.

As for BF, I'm not seeing the case on him, he's read civvie to me overall. And I'm not sold on the Indiglo case, but I'll need to think about it more.

As to the accusations against me, I put almost no thought into polls like the vehicle one, so I often pick whatever just sounds cool. And I did think He-Man was good, I admit I read him completely wrong.

Anyway, I'll be voting Dom, since I'm not sure I'll be back before this day ends.

Ah, gotcha. I missed that it was based on the theory of a team scattershotting their votes to cover all of the options. I guess I just don't see the utility in a team choosing that method because it seemed pretty clear that the only option that would have info with it was the Stridor one.

My gut thinks Dom might be bad but after reading his posts the biggest thing I can come up with is that he was lurking without posting. Since I didn't see him lurking I don't know if that was before or during the time he was suspected but from the way I read llama's post I think he implied that the suspicion had already come up when he say Dom lurking. It doesn't smack of civv behavior though that he was lurking at any point in time and not posting. I'm leaning toward a Dom vote today though I will wait until later to make sure nothing else more incriminating on someone else comes up in the thread.

llama I did take a look at your posts and I find that overall you are extremely logical in your decisions and moves. You are so logical that when reading back your posts as a whole I'm a little confused about your choice of vehicles back in that that early vote. You state that WindRaider has the highest expected value of 5.67 but then you go on to vote Attack Trak and say "what fun is that" about voting the choice with the highest expected value. I'm confused by this choice, again because you are so logical, and it reminds me of He Man's choice of the Battle Ram. You also were one of the ones that voted furlong. Is there anything else about that choice of Attack Trak that would help me feel more comfortable with it? I have just two other questions and one is when the discussion about the viewers came up you voted Snake Mountain saying "info on the good team will put a target on our head". You seemed pretty certain of that, any particular reason? Also, you've voted Kate before, any thoughts about voting her again this lynch? Again, I want to say that looking at your posts about BF as civv, your logic on timmer, and other behaviors fall in line with my thinking and your arguments are very logical. Remember I ask lots of questions just to process info, I'm not considering a vote for you.

Juliet, your post reminded me of thellama's case against Kate back on Day 3 and his thinking she was a teammate of Roxy's and thus on Snake Mountain.

I had forgotten about that until I was typing up the voting orders this morning and reading back through the thread. Thellama mentioned his Kate suspicion again yesterday.

The exchange wasn't bizarre. Before voting, I was "pinged" by both He-Man and Dom. He-Man seemed to be trying as hard as he could to just get the attention off of himself early on when people were voting. Then, as the voting was about tied up (between Dom and Heman), he-man was posting of defeat already, saying he would need less than half of what Dom had in order to stay alive. B/c Dom wasn't defending himself one bit, I voted Dom. Now with He-Man gone, I will vote Dom again.

Hey all. Back from the cruise and just finished catching up. There were a lot of posts directed at me I would have liked to quote and respond to individually, but given the volume of posts, I hope everyone will understand when I respond to the 3 main concerns I noted:

1. BF might be on team snake mountain.

I can understand why people would think this. Honestly, I have to agree it doesn't make sense why heman would vote to tie me with boomslang and not save his teammate. But I will try my best to respond. Firstly, I'd ask everyone to take into consideration that boomslang and I each had 6 votes and heman had 4, we were the three leading lynch candidates. I think it is just highly highly unlikely that all three of the leading lynch candidates on day 1 were not only bad but on the same team.

Beyond that, I don't think there's much more I could say.

2. BF might be on the horde.

I understand why someone might think this if you are lead to believe I had info on heman or something. I would just ask everyone to recall that on the first BWT lynch, they tried to switch it to me and failed.

3. What do you think of indi/Juliet's?

Fwiw I have been reading Juliet's as civvie. I can understand why she would suspect LT given the result of the lynch, it did look like defending. However I can also understand why LT would not be convinced of Hemans baddie ness. I still think both are likely good.

I'm not very familiar with Indis play style so I have no comment beyond I have been reading her as genuine.

I hope that alleviates anyone's concerns regarding me. If I missed a question or concern you had please bring it again to my attention ill be happy to respond now that I don't have to muddle through pages and pages of posts.

Good questions, juliets. I will try my best to answer them.

1. I voted Attak Trak because I was unsure of the mechanics of the travel at the time and I was concerned about the possibility of the Wind Raider rolling several zeros in a row. In the long run, the Wind Raider would always win out over the Attak Trak, but in the short run, the variation is enough to make the outcome very uncertain.

2. With the view screen, I was thinking that there was a possibility that we would all learn the info, or that Zodac would leak it in the thread. Any info that came out in this way about a civvie team would be very useful to the baddies and make us targets. Remember. the baddies can talk and analyze things behind the scenes in a way that we cannot. That was my reasoning, anyway.

3. I was worried about Kate early on because I perceived her as being buddies with Roxy. However, her posting and voting sense have struck me as extremely logical and well thought out, and I find myself agreeing with her on most points. I am now largely convinced that my instincts were wrong and that she is okay. Largely.
