I need to vote soon and sleep. Made put himself in the lead again but I don't know. Better than random?

Hmmmm yeah, Made is looking weirder and weirder. I'm starting to change my opinion of him. (Maybe that's just me being grouchy because he called my posts unproductive, though - a charge I reject vehemently, by the way.)
I'm voting MP for now. His thing was the most out-of-character I've seen so far. However, I won't be disappointed any more if Made goes down.

Funny, I feel the exact opposite. Voted Made but wouldn't be disappointed if MP went down. MP seemed to be grasping at straws.Russtifinko wrote:

A lot to catch up on. Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge gained with playing several games with you all so a lot of stuff said of how people played in the past doesn't help me. I've re-read the last few pages a couple of times and it seems like a lot of suspicion getting thrown back and forth so I've just trying to get my own vibe. Sabie is the one that pings me the most. I have to agree with Llama that It just seems like some of her questions don't make a lot of sense to me given that Epignosis said this would be a pretty straight-forward game. I hate to do it to a fellow Black List watcher but that's where my vote's going today. I don't know if Made is the baddie some of you think he (she?) is or just an easy scapegoat.

I'm going with my gut (and what I said before) and voting Boogs. Made seems to be saying all the wrong things, but he looks like the floundering Civ Made I know and love (and not the weird quiet snarky DW Made that I'm pretty sure was bad).

I'm going to go ahead a vote for Made. The question he asked pinged me at first but after he voted someone he trusted and the responses he gave about everything is what sealed the deal for me.

Re: The Legend of Zelda (Ganon's Conquest) [Day 1]
The thing about made that got me was his vote for Sabie. Had he said, "Voting Sabie to save myself" that would have seemed a lot more genuine than trying to make up a reason. Becasue that was what it felt like to me.
When I was reading back, it kind of felt to me like people were hounding Sabie a bit~ she seemed more flustered than confused to me, really. And I have been part of too many lynch wagons on Made to want to join this one. He seems awful flustered himself. And I have seen this before.
So I am gonna drop a vote on MM. He thought enough to comment on my post re MP voting for MR, but not strongly enough to vote for MR himself. If you think he could be a baddie, why not vote for him?

After watching Made get lynched in the lightning game the other day for talking mechanics and flipping civ, I think he's legit here.Made wrote:motherfuc- look, I didn't know that. I just wanted a bow k?
Not to mention the strategic advantage of setting up wifom so mafia could mistakenly think someone is more upgraded than they actually are.

I don't think you understood my point there. In my head, it sounded like you were saying MR was civ for self-voting. I just wanted to point out that no, that's not at all true. You astound me with putting your vote on me for that reason.S~V~S wrote: So I am gonna drop a vote on MM. Re: The Legend of Zelda (Ganon's Conquest) [Day 1]
I was saying that MR was probalby a civ for self voting. That is exactly what i was saying; and MP putting a purely punitive second vote on him in what was already a very spread out lynch does not seem like a really civvie thing to do.
So perhaps you misunderstood my point there.
And "astound" is a very strong word. Do you really find taking votes on day one to be "astounding"? I am fairly astounded that I have not taken one, lol.

Re: The Legend of Zelda (Ganon's Conquest) [Day 1]
OK, sense there's only 2 votes out, and one of them is sabie's gonna start strategy dumping.
I trusted 3 random people, but not really that random.
I trusted Llama and Hedgie because i figured if either of them were bad, the other would immediately call them on it. Following that, I trusted Sabie because I felt i could read her well in comparison to others in this game.
My goal was to sort of develop a group of people who disagreed enough not to just vote with each other without thinking, but to come together with the best possible candidate to vote for. Honestly, I think i would of worked.
As for recommendations, I think MP would be a great place to pick up on if he doesn't step up or give a reason too. I mean if he were up to his normal craziness, I'd look less crazy by comparison! a bunch of other people seem alright too. I'd keep an eye out for boogs, but i admit i might be bias because he immediately gunned me. I stand by my vote for Sabie, with what has been said in thread thus far, she seemed like a logical day 1 vote, however, I'd personally go to MP D2 rather than back to sabie, but don't let her fall off the radar.
MM maybe saying what he's saying to gain civvie points when I flip civvie, so iunno. Logically this means he's probably not third party, so there's that.
If allowed, the calling money from gannon could be a great strat, but use it sparingly. Keep in mind, now that i've explicitly stated it, mafia could not try to use it so there's that.
but yeah, that's it.
Something something Absolve, Civvie ra ra ra. k thank bye

I'm excited for this game, so I read all the rules and know what's going on.Made wrote:MM maybe saying what he's saying to gain civvie points when I flip civvie, so iunno. Logically this means he's probably not third party, so there's that.
After responding to your post, I realized I probably should have held off. I did potentially ruin a chance for a baddie to slip by pointing out the rules. I also didn't think about setting you up. Your post read to me as genuine, and I didn't think it would be interpreted otherwise.

Night 1: The Eagle Labyrinth
Made has been lynched. He was a Stalfos.

Inside, the keeper of the Eagle labyrinth sought the assistance of the party:
“The twelve sacred ornamental eggs of the Eagle Temple have been cloaked with a spell from another world, and the words necessary to break these spells are referenced on this scroll, which I do not completely understand. If you could speak the words to me through the Host, I will pay you one rupee per word. If you have all ten words, then the spell is broken, and I will allow you to take the treasure within any egg of your choosing.”
The scroll says:
The first boasts the namesake of this place
The second brings the tea to the face
The third depicts the Journey creature
The fourth, that diurnal, celestial feature
The fifth exhibits the cubes of chance
The sixth, a Neptunian lance
The seventh, those on which Jaguars rest
The eighth, the guardian of the treasure chest
The ninth show they that dwell in zoos’ dens
And the tenth is adorned with naught but Mohs’ tens
It is now Night 1. You have 23 hours to submit your PMs.

I'm voting Made, it's pretty suspicious he's replacing in...

Well, that's not the roaring start I had hoped we would get off to. RIP Made.

RIP Made. I just skimmed everything, but I still don't really get what you were lynched for
It seemed pretty standard from what I have seen from you in our brief history playing together.
So I might have switched to her. Although, I don't mind voting AP if it will get him to post more

I was waiting to see if hedgie responded, and then I got busy doing pup stuff and missed it. (last night with them! it's been tough, but I will miss them)I noticed you mentioning the people going after sabie. I hope I am not included in that crew. I can elaborate on this if it helps:S~V~S wrote:I have been expecting Splints to come back in & change her vote off of AP.
I do not think that everyone who is confused is bad obviously. It is just something I notice in games, because like I said I have played the confused baddie loads of times and it does work. sabie has seemed pretty genuine in her responses, and as llama pointed out this is the norm for her. I do not remember hedgeowl ever seeming this confused, and although it is day 1 she hasn't posted much of anything other than posts on her confusion. While it is possible she is confused, it also seems like to me that she is hiding behind that confusion to avoid posting of substance.fingersplints wrote:hedgeowl' bothered me more then sabie's. Sabie has otherwise contributed. Hedgie has not.thellama73 wrote:I don't know, I always find Sabie's "oh gosh, how does this work? I don't know what I'm doing!" schtick suspicious, but she has done it in a bunch of games now, so I don't know if it means anything.
So I might have switched to her. Although, I don't mind voting AP if it will get him to post more

It's like Monty Python all over again! anyways... so the opinions of made 1.0 are dead with him. Probably won't be sure who made 2.0 is till tomorrow probably iunno.

EBWOP: after I posted that I noticed Made replaced A Person. so guess getting him to post more doesn't matter.

I guess RIP isn't necessary.
I still think you were being scapegoated a little. I will be curious to see if Made 2.0 holds the same opinions as Made the Original.
