No no, you learn that Valentine is the vote blocker after one block. On the second block (which hasn't happened to me or to anybody) you would learn Valentine's alignment

See I was honestly going to say this made sense as a townie move, because at least you're voteblocking a known anti-town faction, but this is just dumb.
Even supposing that your logic made sense to start with, why would scum lie and say you didn't message them? Even if they got you lynched that just gets them killed in response the next day. The scum response would be to confirm your role and then NK you.

I think it has to show in the vote count due to limitations of forum tech but it did not count as a vote. I learned Valentine's role at the end of night 1 as a result.

Pro tip: the "aubergine" tag on votes exists so that people can go back and trace the timeline of when votes were cast with ctrl + F. This would be very useful to diagramming/figuring out when the Guillo wagon became a bus!
