I think you'll find Quin is lawyering a clear answer and I'm the one leaving open the possibility that the words don't tell us everything.
I think you want me to be wrong.
I thought that's what you'd think but I don't care.

It's easily resolved

@speedchuck - is the intention of listing the factions to preclude the possibility of independents?

(I have a very specific purpose I think they're listed - it's to prevent us claiming based on our 'faction name' - which is something I expect only town and mafia have. But I could well be wrong).

Quin, as far as I'm concerned your 'no independents' has wilfully ignored two specific questions that I've asked to get you to engage on some of the aspects of that post - I think you just want to be right :p

I don't actually care if you're right or wrong, I just want you to be open-minded. If you're going to be some kind of town leader in this game, then best get your head out of the clouds and be open to the possible weaknesses in your analysis or you'll lead us all to hell.

I have absolutely zero problem calling out weaknesses.

I'm happy to just wait for speedchuck to answer or not. I think we just fundamentally disagree on the matter.

In the case there are independents though, you could think of it this way instead: Both INH and sig cannot be town.

I could see some that are faction-aligned — town doc and mafia doc for example — but probably not two within a faction. Unless a bevvy of info roles is one way to make up for the lack of public reveals. Why?

If you haven’t picked up yet, I’m putting my thoughts out there fairly unfiltered. That was my immediate thought when I saw the post. Right or wrong that was my knee jerk reaction to that. Someone else pointed out it could’ve been because of her claim of having a cool role too. Fair point, I don't think Daisy would've ordered the hit on Nutella anyway for two reasons.

1. It would kind off frame her
2. I don't thinks it's within her character especially after she got into that spat with Nutella earlier.

So before I do some ISO and rereads my issue is this, I've got a shit ton of civ reads and leans, but nobody has done anything I find that bad.

Mac trying to get me lynched seems townie, if I wanna tin foil he's mafia who doesn't want his team to kill me to earlier since he just spewed that as something he'd do awhile back.

Nutella/Daisy looked c/c

Golden seems civvie and he's clearing Scotty for reasons, so I'll let that rest

I'm flipflopping on INH
