Given there's a group of people who've said it, I'd be surprised if none of them are a wolf. It's easier still for wolves to fit into a trend where other people said it first. So people following on to the trend is more wolf-leaning to me than being the first to say it.

I think you have neglected making clear reads, which is not the same thing.

Re mitigation - I'm saying there is a wolf/wolves in that group, but the first person to say it is probably slightly less likely to be a wolf, on balance, than any subsequent person who also said it. So being first mitigates your wolf probability.
