Ie if I’m town and LC is town and the mafia has a rb, they can essentially block us both if we make it public that LC is giving me mana by blocking me. But if I just say “give me mana” I might get 5+ and get fool killed in 2 nights instead of 5.

So like...thoughts on the best way to strategerize with this setup?

These are the posts I was talking about. The Jack one looks kinda innocuous but they're both very similar cases. If earlier I town-read hk for wanting to keep mana talk to a minimum, this is just recklessly fishing for information we don't actually need so early in the game (Urist's approach is the one that makes most sense to me. If you really need mana, maybe tell us a color and keep the option in the air). It's about finding a good mana honeypot to PtF, and while at that just identify potentially threatening civ roles.

Sorry for bringing up ancient history like only wolves ever do, it's just what I've observed.

My offer:

If you have an artifact that needs more mana than you have, but you don’t want to risk asking for mana donations / getting PtFd, I can make sure you get some mana one night later. If you wanna be on my list, just make sure to ask that nobody donate to you so that you don’t get punished.

I’ll review the people on my list and choose one of them to bless w this shit. None of them will be PfTable at any point in the process unless somebody else gives them mana.
