Funnygurl is a tough one for me, because of her attitude toward me. It could be buddying, but the suspicion mindmelds weren't all one-way. It would be a little clearer if the Day 1 yeet had gone to the full time, would she have accepted getting yeeted over me in the end? Is that even wise for a villager with a yeet save, trusting a player that everyone is telling her is scum? Or would she have just gone hard into Sprityo, or do whatever else to save herself in those final lost 15?

Is it off-limits to talk about her claiming no flavour connection? I don't think so, we just need to not be getting all PM-comparisony. A bunch of people were very critical of her saying there's no flavour connection, but did any of them even look at what she said? She said "nah", indicating that there's not a flavour explanation of why her role is how it is, "I'm just Jack Sparrow and it's obvious why" (paraphrased). I agree with that... I mean, the video was obvious enough. So that line of thinking is absolutely flawed, and anyone pushing it should have some suspicion for it.

I am still in the process of reviewing all of the blind interactions. A quick note though that so far I am finding very little decent indication of mafia teammate compatibility between members of the general "town core" and either members of the POE pool or one another. This strengthens my confidence in the state of the game.

I don't think it's healthy or correct to play the game in a way that encourages undue paranoia. I am not going to go out of my way to case someone that I think is probably town on any Day 1 when I am trying my damndest to promote and sustain an environment where POE rules. I am careful with the climate of my game thread especially when I am a civilian because I know all too well how good things can devolve into bad things. And I felt pretty about Day 1.

Now we have new information, sort of, about FG. That means I need to re-orient my view of the game accordingly starting tonight. Sorting you is part of that.

And I like to make things ugly, piss on the furniture, and see who gets mad about it.

I’m not fully caught up and I don’t have my thoughts solidified on FG’s claim, but I have been an unlynchable Mafia before on this site (Easter Mafia) so it’s not unheard of.
