Urist's insistence that Rondo is Rask's partner if Rask flips scum didn't vibe with me but the rest of his posting has been fine - I historically have scumread Urist's posting regardless of alignment so it's probably a good sign that I've found him unobjectionable apart from that since it means he's townier than usual.

I would add lucy to the town core. Rask is fine but not towncore worthy. Cape is kinda sus but only a couple people seem interested at all in looking at him so I might vote there in a bit.

I think Party Crasher has been townie on play but I kinda think their role is more likely to be mafia given the context. I am awful at hostreading though so they're probably just town

I am gonna try to come up with a ragged reads list; ragged becasue I don't know lots of people, and don't fully understand their suspicions. Day One is hard. Especially when work is a bitch.

This is a wolfy post fmpov. I have never felt like SVS is one to complain, just get stuck into it. But n=2 so we will see.

I browsed some of Dennis's ISO.

Dennis doesn't feel like Dennis from Cartomancy (his only scum game), where I think he did play with a lot of snark and confidence, but often strayed towards posts that didn't offer much content.

He is making reads (NAI), but he's also engaging in extended interactions and offering some clarity in his thought process which I think is rand!v. Golden mentioned in P#2084 that he finds players who excuse themselves from solving early in this game due to the volume to be mildly scummy, but even though Dennis made that excuse, he isn't even doing that, and that was true as of the time Golden made that comment.

It is possible that w!Dennis realizes that the way he played in Cartomancy would be hard to replicate again given it would just be hard to get away with relying purely on snark again, but I don't think this is it.

I have decided to trust Marmot d1 this game and this is a good post, he has done the work and linked some posts. So I will agree with Marmot for now. Plus its starting to feel like Dennis is a sacraficial 'I dunno fuck it vote him' lamb for today. it feels like No one is showing their work just saying dennis bad and voting (Apart from a few people)

Like nobody has actually engaged me in any meaningful way. I've made a couple of light pushes and got omgussed by players that should know better than that. There seems to be no really coherent strategy to this day. The top posters are all players who aren't post count polarised so I can't base any read on that. The only empirical thing is probably that Porscha 2 posting is >rand mafia for her. Seanzie and Rondo not tilting me already might be indicative of them not being town maybe I guess? Lily and Neon seem okay? On the little I've read I would guess Sabi is more likely in their wolf meta? Lots of the scum solving going on just rings hollow or rand at best and I don't really have the energy to figure out much.

Lots of people claim their roles early when they feel under pressure which Kate clearly did. Vanilla is a role that is not easily disproven in the way that a role with a more active component might be. But beyond that it's just an unlikely role to exist in the game, as previous GOCs have been role madness and nanook is not a host that is likely to make a game more mountainous.

Lots of people claim their roles early when they feel under pressure which Kate clearly did. Vanilla is a role that is not easily disproven in the way that a role with a more active component might be. But beyond that it's just an unlikely role to exist in the game, as previous GOCs have been role madness and nanook is not a host that is likely to make a game more mountainous.

Guillotine - I find Guillo to be more wolfy as wolf and they were pushing a slot I still find to be pretty scummy and sticking to that. I guess if there is one thing I am not sure I like the free townpass Guillo seemed to give to Alison just because Alison voted Kate, a person who Guillo suspected. (I think unless there was something I missed in reference to 1153 or if it had to do specifically with how the read was presented and less that they had it).

Marmot - Usually I see mafia Marmot gets caught a lot easier then this game where I think their content is good and detailed. I liked his defense of Dennis/nutella (which were back to back). Technically also like the curiosity on a follow up in 1876. When I am scum, I am afraid of referencing my own posts so it's something I do more as town, though stronger maf players will do this. I read Marmot as a voice of reason this game which is also a good vibe.

nutella - Was a read I had in which I thought nutella just looked townier this game then a game where I suspected nutella when nutella was town. Could see in a tinfoil world the "pocket" of Golden to be w/w. Also could tinfoil nutella just kind of saying "Mac and rondo both posting huge walls I haven't read yet on golden can't be wrong" (2572) only to come back an hour later with only a meme read... something about a coffee and poop tell. But the processes nutella is using to make reads was similar to how they did it when I suspected them last time on the syndicate.

Michelle - I have barely spent time looking at Michelle so I just kind of thought of it as "obvious". She says some weird things but then balances that out with things that feel like they are genuine.

Seanzie - Oops, I forgot a name. No I don't actually townread Seanzie. I liked the double back on lilypetal in 2368 even though it's obvious why sean voted lily, lily asked sean to vote her according to his logs. Somewhat liked this post from seanzie. But I overall just don't know how to feel about Seanzie's content, though I am fairly unfamiliar in tha field.

Scotty - Again, the way Scotty responded to me seemed towny. Scotty is kinda trending down though so we will see.

Cape - That's up to you bub. I ain't gonna towncase myself this game

Lilypetal - It was like a single post that made me think lily was town, also it was a lucy townread so I am inclined in not suspecting there. I think otherwise, kiiiiiinda bleh-ish mixed in with "what was i thinking in suspecting her". My signal is god awful right now so checking is something im lazy about rn k?

lucy - Doesn't matter now talking about a dead town who was clearly in her town meta but whatever.

Golden - I just do not get the scumreads on Golden. They seem to be playing a pretty straightforward town game and the wagon on them was very questionable because of that. Can't say for meta though. Hard defense of Kate more likely towny then not.

IAWY - ima just link stuff cuz im lazy 2269, 2309, 1902. Okay pretty much I think the way IAWY has navigated his reads has been towny this game, also thought his interjection to the early Scotty/nutella convo was a towny intrusiveness... probably. I will await IAWY's fabled vibe read .

Sloonei - 2286 is towny. I thought Sloonei townreading me was towny at the time. The whole talk about trustfalls was also fairly towny. I did initially scumread this slot, and still think Sloonei could provide more. I do await that, otherwise he will likely fall off for me.

NOT TOWNREADS:

Kate - I mean the people that know her, some are townreading her I guess. Dunno why though, I don't see the vision, but it's more of a "not townread" then a scumread. I get what Kate is doing is NAI but yeah it doesn't leave me with much towny either.

Pyxxy - Has been bleh for most of the game so I don't really get the townreads there, lucy townread pyxxy. In the sameish camp as Kate except they haven't been fairly excessively defended.

Neon - Ima be honest, I just haven't paid any attention to Neon at all. I think she has some alright posts mixed in with a lot of fluff but I don't really see anything that seems blatantly towny to me. Which honestly is just how I feel about Neon in most games I play/spectate.

Master Radishes - I just get nothing. Questions a NAI IAWY and Seanzie post. Maybe makes a good 2 hmm posts on sig. Content I rate as generally not very good.

EnderWiggin - Kinda just put meme reads out there and has messed around generally without getting much done
