I explained slightly more in a subsequent post I think. The reason Esooa being absent stuck out to me was I was trying to figure out how I would pass those thoughts off as my own naturally. So I was reading and re-reading it, and it just hit me that Esooa was not in that list, so I went back to look over the power of the role that was being claimed. Since there was no way Luke would know Esooa was going to die, it seemed like the baddies had forgotten that detail and omitted her from the list of players they wanted me to talk about. It seems to you like I was being paranoid and how would anyone notice, but the answer is you don't on the first reading, but after you are going over it like five or six times and trying to decide how you would do what it asks it dawns on you.Urist wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:47 pmSloonei wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:40 pmI thought it was at least partially clear from the context of the conversation around the claim that Daisy had received a limited list of players which should have included Esooa but did not. I do not remember specifics, but it seemed like the focus was on the BoKnows wagon.Urist wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:35 pm for context, the reason i was pressuring chop to summarize his message is because i thought it was suspicious that spacedaisy was able to pick out the fact that esooa was missing from a reads list.
like if i get a list of 24 people, i'm not checking to make sure each and every one of them is there.
if chop had said something like "i said x, y, z, a, b, c were town and d, e, f, g were mafia and h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, q were null" i would be really suspicious of the daisy/chop potential big brain play.she didn't mention anything like that noSpacedaisy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 2:16 am Yo, to whoever sent me the message last night, I don't know why I should trust you. See you slipped up and skipped over Esooa in your recap. How did you Esooa was gonna die last night and not be relevant to the conversation? If you were Luke you wouldn't have known. I call bullshit on your message and your attempt to solicit a role claim from me.
This makes my post irrelevant. I'm a day late and a dollar short.Urist wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:51 pmOk she did mention it was about bo voters, guess i missed that.Spacedaisy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 2:35 am Yeah Sloon I already looked over that trying to figure out if there was some way a town would know that Esooa might die. I couldn't see one so the omission of Esooa among instructions about what I should say about Bo voters looked bad. But Chop's response doesn't look bad.
Glad we had this talk

Message Spacydaisy
Hello there Spacedaisy.
You are one of my null reads but I’m taking a gambit to trust you here and share with you my thoughts.
Now Eldridge is confirmed to be in the game due to the EoD Shot.
Looking that 2/4 of the main wagons contained town we need to pay attention towards the voters here.
I noticed you Non-Voted so that’s another reason why I chose you out of my null reads.
Out of the Bo’s Voters we have:
Urist, Esooa, SPF, Martin, Rej, Alison, Grogu and Sloon.
Now Rej became a late CW so if they are wolf their wagon was most likely town driven.
I trust Urist for now at least so I’ll take him out for now, if you want to keep him in the main PoE it’s your choice but I’m removing him from it for now.
Now with the remaining SPF/Martin/Alison/Sloon/Grogu I think there is definitely at least 1 wolf within there as this wagon I think was at least somewhat scum motivated.
As for C4E I don’t directly think there is always scum within Don/EPig/Long Con.
But I think Eldridge isn’t one of the voters because they already shot C4E to die.
I actually would like you to post my exact thoughts tomorrow and make it look like it’s yours so I know I can depend on you here.
Could I also request you soft claim to me?
Like say the word “Swift” and then add a Letter at the end of it that is the same starting letter on your role name.
If I end up trusting you 100% here I’ll say the word “Slash” in chat so you know who I am.
I also have a Faction Spy. If you think someone may have targeted Slaver just type in thread something to do with “Bullet” then mention the “Player” you want me to target.
Oh and ugh your choice but you could Mention your reads on Chop/Falcon/Nanook/Jack please. ^_^
P.S. if your scum that feel bad because I trust you here just type “Red Carport” and I’ll make sure to push you and thank you for your cooperation to the brotherhood of steel.
If you've got this role, you are almost obligated to pretend to be one of the civilian roles with the messenger ability. So I struggle to award Chop any points for using it in a way that a civilian allegedly would. What other choice does he have?JaggedJimmyJay wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 12:28 am Vice President Daniel Bird
You're one heartbeat away from the American Presidency, and frankly, that's not something that many Enclave citizens or troops find encouraging. P-O-T-A-T-O-E
You are a 1-shot long commuter. They don't let you out of your office much, but that makes it very difficult for others to reach you. Once during the game during any night phase, you may enact this ability to be unaffected by any night actions targeting you. If you do so, you may not perform the factional kill either that night phase or the next.
Separately, you are a 2-shot messenger. At least you can still communicate from your terminal. Twice during the game during any separate night phases, you may craft a personal message. You may then select a player to receive that message from the host the following day phase. The message can be anything you want.

idk Chop was consistent on D1 about having Esooa and Urist as his town leans and those are the two removedTonyStarkPrime wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 10:57 pmnote this:

What time does the phase end and is there anything new past the Rej or Chop consensus?
Lmao some scummy I got two scumreads.MacDougall wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 10:40 pmReads so wild and wacky they can only be from a town. All ChopChop haters are now mafia.

Lol that’s twice this week I thought the day was ending like a day early.KZA wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:01 pmI think we have like 19 hours and no I haven't learned anythingJackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:00 pm Three pages behind.

Well he removes Esooa, Urist, and Rej from his final pool of 5 from the wagon of 8.
KZA, what's this situation do for reads for you? The message has been talked to death, so tell me what it makes you think about people's involvement. Mine and Chop, or any of the people who have discussed it at length now and drawn conclusions from it.
Does talking about Sloonei make you happy?DaughterOfOmega wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:03 pmsomething that makes me happyMarmot wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 10:58 pmDaughterOfOmega wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 8:17 pm ngl, I tried to start getting into this game, and people have non stopped talked about WIFOM about a claimed power

You could be anything still but I'd lean town based on your part in the whole situation and Chop I think is town for weird reasonsSpacedaisy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:07 pmKZA, what's this situation do for reads for you? A+ for noticing Tony in this situation. I listed a couple people originally but deleted the names before I posted it because I wanted to see what you would say. Tony was one of them. I look forward to hearing what you see in his ISO.KZA wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:17 pmYou could be anything still but I'd lean town based on your part in the whole situation and Chop I think is town for weird reasonsSpacedaisy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:07 pmKZA, what's this situation do for reads for you? TSP is the other important character here but I have to ISO him
i guarantee you that scum got enough VT claims to go around, he wasn't forced to pretend to be a messenger at all. plus, the other ability is strictly better.Sloonei wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 10:55 pmIf you've got this role, you are almost obligated to pretend to be one of the civilian roles with the messenger ability. As far as claiming he sent the message to Daisy, a Mafia ChopChop could have believed that Daisy had already or soon would identify him as the messenger. That is a difficult spot, and I could easily see a wolf in that position thinking it better to get out ahead of the claim if he thinks he is already incriminated.
Urist wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:58 pm here are some reads, delivered as promised:
Alison, ChopChop, DaughterOfOmega, Grogu are all being given passes due to role-related stuff.
I had some suspicion of Alison pre-claim due to some stuff from d1. In particular, she pushed both c4 and bo, was suspected by esooa, and I felt like she was trying to pocket me a little bit with the whole "oh no we're on the same page something is wrong ha ha" thing. Additionally, the mac read late d1 was pretty bad / shallow; that's what got me looking at alison to begin with.
Esooa pushed a few people d1, but at EoD she was most suspicious of Bo, Alison, Dom and ChopChop. Of these, we can remove Bo and Alison, and I really don't think Esooa is the kill if the enclave are specifically looking to protect ChopChop.
So from a straight kill-analysis perspective, Dom looks the most guilty. His absence from the thread so far is worrisome as well. His d1 did look genuine even if he was pushing a townie (c4) and someone I think is probably town (spf), but kill analysis is definitely a thing.
falcon45ca seemed fine d1, but recently my view of him has gotten a bit more negative. I really do feel like the vote on Alison was a way to sneakily remove his vote from Rej. Tinfoil aside, his focus on Alison throughout the day and his declaration of Grogu as his third-top suspect both ping me a little bit. If Rej flips enclave I would look more closely here.
Marmot kind of TMI'd c4 as town on d1 I think. He never really interacted with c4 at all, and just decided that he was town. He also promoted the BoKnows wagon but never voted there, which is a big red flag for me. He also was voting ChopChop for a while on d1, but refrained from doing the same d2 even while saying that he still thought ChopChop was mafia. I think that if Chop is enclave, I'd look sternly in Marmot's direction foremost.
NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME is playing his town game, pretty sure. Can't say much more than that it's meta-based.
Poison I still think is likely enclave. She popped in at some point d2 to make a few jokes and sit on ChopChop's fence. She also spent some time specifically looking for vault city members. There are also more questions than conclusions. Like I just read her iso and I have absolutely no idea what her reads are supposed to be. I would be down to yeet this whenever.
Rej just pops in whenever he's mentioned and says nothing of import. Probably enclave. I deeply regret placing what was probably the deciding vote to save him yesterday.
staypositivefriend seems town. I had a slight maf read on her at the start of d1 which I continued throughout the day mostly to annoy her but also because I felt that there was partner indicators between her and c4 at the beginning of the game. Esooa also had a town read on her so I'm comfortable to sheep that for the next few days regardless.
TonyStarkPrime I don't have a strong read either way, probably slightly further on the town side. I'm not interested in solving him any time soon, just mentioning him because someone specifically asked me for my read. I do think that he might be enclave with Poison due to some of the interactions there, but there's mostly interactions from Poison's direction so I wouldn't be interested in continuing that line of thought unless Poison flips enclave.
tl;dr:
Alison, ChopChop, Grogu, DoO, Nanook, spf town of varying degrees.
Rej & Poison primary enclave suspects.
Marmot & Dom are secondary suspects.
falcon tertiary suspect.
No strong reads on the other players.
