To add to Jack's above thoughts, DDL could have just voted as a disapproval and then moved on. A vote can be just as throwaway as the original line. But he's panicking, doubling down then retreating, trying to sound justified, etc.

I don't feel like I'm the authority on this, as I'm the one who baited the trap and might be biased, and DDL was the first to respond, but he definitely looks worst at first glance.

All I know is that they are playing with some amount of boldness, which is indicative of a town mindset, but are also beginning to ask repetitive questions, which is a stand-in for content that indicates a scum mindset.

I'm not sure which direction I lean toward at the moment.

I have some town pings from them, but I mentioned something scummy as well. If it continues, their need to cling to and buddy Nova will easily outweigh any town cred they have.

At the time I'd posted that, 30-60% of ultra's content was about or directed at Nova, another 25% was filler. Leaving about 1/3 of their content at most directed at other players. And even that content was more 'about' them, very distanced reads, rather than addressing or prodding them.

It is my opinion that it makes them more likely mafia, as mafia often has more trouble being bold in the thread.

Does that mean Ultra is trying to push a mislynch

I kind of want to vote JJJ. I enjoy playing with him, and it has been awhile since we last played. But I also feel like I'm not quite yet seeing the Jay that I've seen before in 2 other games I played with him. Is that enough to go by? I don't know. Have I only seen his town game? I think so. Then again he might play different with a power role in hand, so maybe that's why he appears different. Or he could be generally busy, but I'm not suppose to make excuses for him. I'm just suppose to read what the thread gives me. Or maybe some games does Jay not get serious super early on? In my mind, it would be hard to maintain a talkative or inquisitive facade like every single game.

M Plus 7, also provided slank or "slang", so I know he's busy, but I still require more from him to really have a solid read on him. I have seen other players (not him) who are generally talkative people who provide slank but still end up posting through the roof as mostly town people; there were some scum outliers though.

Gemma's birds seem fine and fluffy. I like that she is in the thread and posting at least. Could use more content to go by, because the thread seems lacking of it.

Nova, I like so far. Not sure or can't remember if I read him correctly the last time we played together or maybe I was scum that game. Who knows? I guess I want longer content from him. It seems like a lot of his posts are a bit on the shorter side. That as general note seems a little suspicious or holding your thoughts too close to yourself.

Not a fan of this post. I feel like attacking Jay/MP for lower than usual post volume is pretty shallow in terms of how much you can analyse someone. And from what I've seen recently you don't do swallow, you go pretty far in analysing people.

Heck, coming from you, I would have expected an essay on what the expressions on Gemma's bird's faces mean about her subconscious re: her alignment. Not that I'm demanding that, but point is, I'd expect you to use your little free time to do way more interesting things than what you're doing now.

I'm currently beefing with Rundon'twalk and Soneji. I'm not really buying the formers concern with Jay sticking him as good early on, and the whole "he knows I play the same as both alignments" is whack. That has never stopped people from forming read, let alone gut ones. If what he claims is true and Jay knows him well, he should also know Jay well and that flinging poo early on alongside sticking people with an alignment based on first impression is his bread and butter. I think I talked about Soneji's entrance sometime earlier.
