The first post you cite is a conversation between myself and srceen. I challenge his vote on me, he explains it, and then I push back because he's trying to have it both ways. He says I do the hard thing, then he votes me for "being lazy" except that I'm not being lazy. My "lazy" comment was directed towards scotty when I said I didn't care if he thought it was lazy, I find looking for townies makes more sense and works better for me.

The second post you cite is me making a read on mac for very specific personal reasons. The last two games I've had with wolf mac he specifically pocketed me, he knows it works. So that he hasn't tried doing that thus far is town indicative for him. How is that not offering insight into how I'm thinking? I'm laying out exactly why I have that read.

My comment on creature is a conversation with scotty and again draws on my personal experience with creature. Again I'm not sure where that's not insight into how I'm thinking.

My dunya comment sure, that's a throw-away. impugn me for that I guess.

I do straight up say my srceen read is weird, that's obvs to anyone who read it.

What about the DOOM read needs explaining? I could expand on that in terms of I like the other things they're saying, but mostly it's the attitude of "putting you big person pants on and getting to work" that I don't find comes from a wolf all that often. DOOM might be a highly capable wolf (not sure I've ever seen them wolf tbh) and sure, might say something like that as a wolf, but generally the "ugh lets go fucking solve this" comes from town vastly more often than it does from town.

To be fair, like dunya I have a visceral reaction to the use of terms like simp. Terms and speech patterns which are widely internet/memetic-culture-associated (such as simp/kek and extensive text-speak) tend to push me towards scumreading people IRL since I instantly consider them to be approaching interaction with less empathy and more general desire to be naughty, as it is true the vast supermajority of the time.

I stand by my stance that he’s taken a lazy approach to solving or even just being around today. It’s certainly not friendly. Has taken defensive responses to screenplay and i calling out his laziness. Like, he makes baseless town reads, and then goes into detail about why he isnt lazy instead of just…rounding out his reads.

So his scum game is just…not spewing his teammates and not picking fights? I’m not going to read the other games because I don’t have time, but I stand by the idea that if you know your meta, you can change it, so this means nothing to me.

I don’t know their gameplay, and only briefly said hello in scumchat in the first roll, but as I’ve read their iso this player seems to have a mode of laxidazicle this game, which they confess is different than their normal play with the post cap.

My initial read of them based on odd comments in the beginning and patently ignoring my comments about them.
This whole interaction is like my daughter dropping her freshly bought ice cream cone, giggling unabashedly about it, and then asking me to buy her another one. That’s the energy I’m getting.

I don’t have a daughter. And if I had a choice, it certainly wouldn’t be Moonwink.

In all seriousness, does this make her mafia? I don’t know, but it’s frustrating to see her just shrug everything off. Seems like she’s not taking any of the day seriously. Her comfort in just hang gliding today makes me pause. It’s in stark contrast to HK, who is grumpier in his approach to people calling him out. I’m less sure about her right now, but it wouldn’t surprise me to find she was a creepy skeleton in a black cloak all along.

Nanook is actually the one person who, like, most of all seems willing to work with anybody just to make sure we actually get someone yeeted today. That's absolutely pro-town, I feel, in this setup. Everybody else seems to just wanna vote wherever they please and not convince anybody else to join their wagons. Like, do you and everyone else realize that we need 50% of players to vote on a wagon to chop someone? No one is going to get eliminated with these small wagons.

I am content to work towards a majority, as long as said majority is on Nanook.

THAT is what is scummy to me, not singularly that you don't have a read on me. The latter is just a byproduct of the former.
