My initial thought is that yes there is a wolf in that group, but that group is being discussed together in an attempt to distract from who the actual wolf is and increase the likelihood of missing if we decide to elim in that group.

JJJ is receiving far more heat from the rest of the game than the other two, and my gut feeling is that means that JJJ is a miss.

Who is most likely to be the wolf in these groups?

No, I just wanted both my top suspects to be on the board. And as of this post I'm replying to, I've only seen 2 new posts from Fingersplints and 0 from Creature, so nothing's rally shifted in my view there. I see from the poll that you moved to Boq, I'll find that as I'm catching up.

If Dizzy/Alison/JJJ/Me/You/Fingers are all town then wolves have to be in Creature/Rondo/Nate/Marmot/Lucy.

Rondo is being townread by a lot so that reduces it to 3 in Creature/Nate/Marmot/Lucy.

And I don't feel like that's the case.

There was a point in Fleabag where Jay took multiple votes at the end of a day phase in the form of a flashwagon. I took the opportunity to support it to make it look like it had some serious momentum, both to gauge Jay's reaction, and to gauge the thread's reaction to seeing him as a wagon.

Jay's reaction at the time I found townie. I already thought he was town (which I was right), so perhaps I had conf-biased myself, but I thought it was a potentially useful exercise nonetheless. I don't remember much else from that event.

Seeing momentum here, I thought it could be useful to try said tactic again. Jay does look like he's had momentum building on him since mid Day 2 or so. I however think he's still performed just fine under that pressure.


Also, as I've said before, I think Jay is turning into the fallguy for the heat being put on the towncore, and I believe that makes it more likely a miss.

Whereas here, the suspicion on him is very real.

I'm having weird inexplicable creepy feels about Marmot, a player I should town read if he's town. I think he might be out of scum range, but at the same time, I can't shake the suspicion. I also dreamt that I read the thread and was convinced Jay/Marmot was mafia. Yes, this is real. Marmot voted for Jay when me and Ender asked, but imo he's been hedgy about a read there and I felt that he didn't really want to vote there. I was not happy with the way he made it to be a reaction vote when I asked him about it later. He also said Jay is taking a lot of heat, when in fact, it was pretty much just me and Ender. Doesn't seem real. Jay's read on Marmot also feels like it could be on a teammate.

Boq/Jay interaction is also weird. Boq null reading Jay in spite of the thread is something I didn't notice, but it is striking to me now. Then Jay makes a whole case and a scum read on Boq. Boq ends up town reading Jay. Jay votes somewhere else.

Ender is the town read where I have probably made the biggest leap of faith. I don't see anything scummy in his posts really. I don't see who he would be teamed with. He doesn't seem concerned about being caught as scum at all. I just don't think he is. If this is wrong anyway though, my reads would obviously be a lot different.

Here's a condensed form of my Ender case. Again, mobile, so can't type a wall or fish out a dozen quotes.

In summary:
- I think the way he was acting at the start of the game was weird and anti town. I have seen him been needlessly cryptic as town, but I associate that more with him being demotivated or bored, and he doesn't seem that way this game. Frankly, he should know better, and I'm concerned he was using it as a shield for anti town play.

- The way the Wilgy wagon got essentially flashed at the end of D2 was suggestive of a save. He is a candidate for the person being saved, along with finger.

- He is one of the players that I think would kill Seanzie over players like Jay or Boq. Seanzie was openly skeptical of his cryptic attitude and was likely to be a thorn in a mafia Ender's side.

- He was on both town wagons and (iirc) endorsed them both.

- He is treating Rondo in a sort of kid gloves, apprehensive way. I think this fits the attitude that a mafia Ender is likely to have towards a townie that is very good at reading him but that he cannot justify nightkilling.

I had a thought. I expressed it. In my mind Jay was a lot less severe on Ender than he was in reality; frankly, I didn't even remember that Jay was voting Ender. I was much more focused on the Wilgy wagon when catching up on EOD.

Without that context, all I am seeing is that two players who are very capable of nuanced, detailed cases are throwing around accusations with more flash than substance. I voiced the immediate thought that came to mind, which is, hey, what if this is a show.

I don't endorse that read now, after seeing the way D3 developed and after being reminded that the two were already harsh on each other previously.
