it's more formal, there's no relaxation evident. usually when thunal posts in other games I can see her warming up to playing and she gets more comfortable as she plays. here I'm just seeing that "discomfort" stick around. she doesnt have that spark of excitement she gets when she starts solving something. she's solving her but it feels like she's just going through the motions

I acknowledge this and register it as an argument against Thunal, but it does not resonate with me. I do not have enough experience playing with Thunal (I believe we have just one game together and I was a big bad wolf, so I wasn't exactly trying to read her) for these observations to mean a whole lot to me.

Is there anything more tangible we can point to for a thunal case? @everyone, not just dya.

Just so you know, my different tone and lack of excitement this game is because of real life.

Pretty much everyone around is guilty. The people who openly don't give a shit are the towniest right now. Kylemii and Syn from what i can tell.
Inbetween me arriving and making my second post. I don't know the full context, but Thunal writes a defense, and Dyachei skips half of it and focuses on the emotional content. I don't know if Thunal is actually suspicious but it makes thunal look towny from an outsider's perspective.

Do you have reads on Falcon and Hyena?

I remember vaguely disliking some of Falcon's posts and most of the things Hyena has done seem pretty NAI at suface level for me. I haven't read the case yet.

I played a game recently where I got hard sussed and was the consensus wolf. I not only calmly and dispassionately analyzed the game much like cat is doing now, I did it for the entire phase to the tune of 480+ posts. I wish you had been there because I might have gotten off the blocks quicker.

PS: I was a wolf in that game.

Solving isn't even allignment indicative to begin with. It just makes you harder to get chopped because you do stuff.

I'm not going to try to read Dya right now since I know I'll be completely biased in any attempt to read her and I'm not feeling good for out of game reasons (which might also influence my read).

I have to leave shortly. I won't be around for the deadline. I like my vote on Hyena and encourage others to look there. Here is my most recent argument about him, in addition to things that were said earlier in the phase, pre-claim.

The other multi-vote wagons right now appear to be cat, falcon, nutella, and thunal. If I'm ranking them in order of preference I'd go:
cat
Thunal
Falcon
[A wide gap]
nutella

But all of the nutella votes feel like leftovers from an bygone era way back at the start of this phase a hundred years ago, so I don't think she's a viable wagon anyway. I think I want to leave my vote on Hyena to at least promote him as an option as we move toward the deadline. Thank you for your support, Kyle. I prefer cat over Thunal if things do not change from their current trajectory. If I can keep an eye on the thread while I'm at work, I will, but there's no guarantee of that.

I've mostly felt the same as you about Marmot, and Syn is...being Syn. I'd say basically rand town, no better but not any worse. Maybe even a slight amount of "w!Syn wouldn't have antagonized Tutuu," but that's not a hard fact, just a slight lean.
