As far as faking reads being NAI, I disagree with that since town has no incentive to fake reads, but mafia still does because they have to fake reads on their partners and they might strategically tweak some of their reads to fit their agenda. I think if someone fakes a read that person is likely mafia, but faking reads is less common than in other mafia games.

I fake reads as town all the time.

strawberries, mangoes, and blackberries are the best of the "normie" fruits

a good strawberry is just. heavenly. and theyre rarely not good

a good strawberry is great but strawberries have a high potential for loss in quality without just becoming straight up poisonous. maybe "not good" is extreme. a fresh curated strawberry experience at the peak of ripeness is an A tier fruit if not S+

A strawberry that's 2 days old and slightly softening but not moldy or anything so you can't throw it away? a strawberry that's green and overly form or seedy? Strawberry in a fruit cocktail that just loses its flavor into the other fruits? even just like straight from the grocery store one or two of the strawberries is gonna be weird and soggy for some reason.

If Hyena is mafia, the first attempt to shake off suspicion is failing. The big gun is a roleclaim. That seems to have worked, at least for now. And yet, as Mac has pointed out, this is an ability that has been assigned to a mafia role in the past year on this site, and there is nothing inherently town about it anyway. There is nothing inherently anti-town about it either, but at best I can only regard this role/ability as inconclusive with regards to alignment. And so I am back to reading Hyena on behavior. And on behavior, I do not feel great about Hyena. I think all of the posts I've highlighted here look like a player desperate not to be voted, rather than a player who is trying to make reads. As I mentioned above, the whole "pot stirring" approach is a preliminary stage of solving, and yet Hyena seems to be viewing it as liberation from the need to solve the game. That is something I do not like. I'm gonna go ahead and move my vote back to [VOTE: hyena] aubergine.
