The most useful thing to do at this point, I suppose, would be to ask what we would be doing if Rej was not on the poll.

I've tried to check up on a few players when I had the time. There really isn't much going on that I can point to as interesting. All of you who I know just seem like yourselves so far and the newer names didn't strike me as weird except for rej, obviously.

I've seen a lot of town getting lynched for "that doesn't make any sense" - but then they're still town. BUT, the fact that he is just giving up is a really bad look. On the other hand, the game seems quite stagnant and whatever with Rej being a leading wagon by far. I'm not sure it would be like this if Rej was mafia? Maybe other mafia want bussing credit, but also meh. So if Rej is not town I could also see them being an Indy. Would explain why it seems like nobody really cares that much.

Oh I thought the DP would be far from over. I am out and I have to fiddle myself back into the game. I can do some ISO on the people that voted for me. I think I delivered my concern about Dragomir. Guy wanna lynch me off in two games without big reasoning. How big is the chance that guy is scum in one of both scenarios.

Dragomir and others should know me, I would never go hyperagressive on someone if I wouldn't be town/indie. Also as mafia I would rather sheep my partners, especially in a new enviroment I could never take the lead.

I’m not familiar enough with the gambit to know nonstandard lines so this might go off the rails pretty quickly.

Epi’s an interesting case. He’s pinged me a few other times as well but I don’t think it’s wise to lynch him so early. That said I’m voting for Drago who is maybe? in the same camp. I don’t quite buy the argument though that the appearance is of scum Epi trying to get Town credit there, at least consciously. That doesn’t seem like him town or otherwise. Maybe it’s a shifted mentality thing though.

I wanted rej to open up a bit about the game, because we've all blindered ourselves as civs at least once, and I thought posts about others might give us a better picture.

Well here he says dragomir should be able to read his meta and know that this is a civ rej move... So, id like to hear about this from dragomir, who sure went quiet after it seemed like this Lynch was a done deal.

The flip side to this? Rej finding only something to say about someone who is voting him is s bit self serving and calculated, so I'm definitely not moving my vote at this time.

Reads of players contained therein:
1. Suspects sig for appealing to meta
2. Doesn't like nova/creature exchange, doesn't like nova in general, votes nova.
3. Doesn't like the rej/timmer exchange, doesn't like rej in general, votes rej.
4. Not sure this counts as a read but repeated prodding of sloonei for dodging a question or something I don't follow, it's classic dom blowing up a molehill
5. Couple other things that don't really count as reads. Doesn't like timmer "downplaying his prowess," criticizes both LC and me for not producing enough content.

So that's somewhere between 4 and 7 reads on players. I don't know what Dom thinks about many other players. There are a lot that he straight up never mentioned. I'm sure the same is true for me, but I don't think he gets to be on his high horse about this.

Now me: 14 posts, a handful of which are either jokes or mentioning I'm busy.

Basically Dom is full of shit. I know that his way of calling people out for little things is consistent with his town meta, but when I actually break it down and compare it to the rest of his content, I'm not impressed. He's using his nudges to push people into the spotlight to draw attention away from his own hypocrisy.
