For the record I'm horrible at reading people.

But right now I want to lynch Wilgy because he is the least contributive player in the game it's becoming more and more likely that mafia is laying low, since all the post heavy players have been falling like flies.

I'm also okay-ish with lynching Quin, though he's not as attractive a lynch.

For the record I JKd Mac on N1 and attempted to RB Iron_Dwarf on N2 (failed, probably because I forgot about the weapon triangle in my haste to get the action in before the 12 hr mark). I did not feel like sharing because I did not want mafia to know what I had left. But they've all reset now, so I'm fine claiming.

my power being misdirected would only cause a fail if I ended up targeting Wilgy the pirate and even then it's possible my power would reverse his and make him easier to hit than more difficult. of the blockers that were active last night, there's Mac, who was civ and vocally townread me, then there's colonialbob who claims to have misdirected quin last night, and iron dwarf who, as of last phase, claimed he's never targeted me.

unless I'm missing something, there seems to be a contradiction in these claims

im pretty sure Jack said the mafia has to kill in place of a their normal power. meaning unless they have a passive power as their back story they should only be doing the night kill

or at the very least their primary powers. meaning someone will have to lie

it's possible the mafia has a secret block or misdirect ability. I'd assumed their secrets abilities would be passives or one shots or other things that aren't already duplicates of role powers they could have drafted. but even if they have a secret block of some kind there's too many players with pro town abilities who failed their actions last night, even if we account for the mafia having a secret block.

that said.... this is starting to feel like a dead end.
